1st time and will definitely recommend
1st time coming to Mavis and I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
It was nice being able to make a reservation beforehand and it’s being honored. Michael Leger promptly opened the door for the few customers waiting outside for the store to be opened and greeted each and every one of us. After inspecting my car tires, he explained my replacement options, what he had in stock, product warranties and estimated cost.
While I waited for my tires to be changed I was able to observe that Michael greeted every customer in his customary friendly manner. I also observed he treats the shop employees in a very respectful manner. Michael would every so often provide me an update on the status of my car.
It was a very nice experience coming to Mavis for the 1st time and I think Michael was key in making it an even greater experience.

Do Not Get Tires from Them
I've trusted their service to my vehicle, since the first time I bought a 4 set of tires, and my alignment. But, after the last visit they gave me an oversized tire, which the strut ate the inner portion of it. And, I thought something was wrong with my suspension until I inspected it and found out the tires did not match. The other tires had a size of "195/60R15" while the problematic one had a "205/65R15" tire on it.
Btw, I viewed my receipts and none of them state a "205/65R15" tire was installed.
Also, it surprises me that they wouldn't know the size since they have been my only supplier up to today.
WHAT A CLUSTERBANG
I'm here right now for a tune up and oil change, in Lehigh Acres, FL. I made an appointment one week ago. I've been waiting now for 2.5 hours. The mechanic says he is waiting on a delivery of spark plugs. I cannot believe they did not stock the sparkplugs in anticipation of my arrival. I've been buying tires and servicing my car at Tire Kingdom in Fort Myers, FL, for years. I never had problems and delays with pricing or service. Today has been a cluster bang. I will not bring my car here again.

I am enjoying to come in the Poinciana Tire Kingdom. Nice people there great service and great work
Appointments mean nothing here
I had an 8am appointment. A man came in right before me and had no appointment. They serviced his vehicle before mine. They didn't even pull my car into the garage until 9:20am. The manager didn't say two words to me the whole time I was waiting. He never even checked to see what the hold-up was. I was the scheduled first appointment of the day, a simple 2 tire change, and it took 2 hours. I could have done it myself using only my feet faster than that. Never going back there again.
Mileage Warrantee Complaint.
Been purchasing tires from them for year. I understand another company bought them out "Mavis". I called Tire Kingdom or Mavis about my Michelin tires that have worn down to the replacement mark on my tire gauge, just after having 26,507 miles on them. These tires are rated at 60,000 miles. The manager didn't seem to wait to help and ended uo hunging up on me. Never go back!
HORRIBLE!
HORRIBLE!! ZERO STARS (if I could) The company posted a phone number response to the poor review I also gave them on Google. When I contacted them I was told a regional manager would contact me to discuss the situation. NO employee of the company has attempted to contact me IN ANY WAY whatsoever and it's clear that their so-called response on Google is just a cynical attempt to appear to the public that they will actually work with any customer to provide fair and decent service.
WAY, WAY overpriced. Charged me $375 for 3 ignition coils which you can get for $30 a piece at an auto parts store, then charged me $225 for the labor to install them, which you can see on any YouTube video is an easy repair that would take even a non-mechanic about 30 minutes to do, and should take a professional mechanic about 10 minutes. Total bill was just under $1000 with additional labor hours -- which again should have been minutes-- to diagnose it. REALLY RIDICULOUS. Despite the shop being practically across the street from my house, will not be back here ever again. Go to Tire Kindgom if you want to be criminally overcharged, mislead and generally taken advantage of because that's the actual service that you are going to get.
Go elsewhere
Go elsewhere. Making an appointment is a joke. Waiting 90 minutes after my appointment and car is still sitting in the parking lot. What a joke
If there was an option for zero stars I…
If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen it. I made a reservation online and paid their $25 fee to ensure my choice of tires would be shipped and ready to install. When I arrived the sales associate would not deduct my $25 payment from the total, and charged me $60 extra for installation (above the $19.99 per tire( that was never specified in the website reservation. The manager came and I had to show him my bank statement so he would credit the account with the $25 I had payed (although in my reservation it clearly stated that. Then I was given a shot to sign and thankfully noticed they were not giving me the tires that I order. It took them 1 hr to locate the tires while they kept saying it was all on corporate and that they had no hand in any of it (zero accountability!) then I had to wait for another 1.5 hrs to get my tires installed (and I had an appointment!). They couldn’t do the alignment because the machine was broken. It was a truly hideous experience. If you value your time, money and patience do not purchase anything from them. Abhorrent costumer service!
Tire Kindom forgot to rotate tires
Today was the third time from the three times I brought my vehicular for tire rotation and oil change
As usual they didn’t rotate the tires
People be aware of this place
They might not even change the oil
I got a flat and had my car towed to…
I got a flat and had my car towed to the shop. The place closed at 6, so they said they would do in the morning and have ready for noon time. They called and said they were just getting started n it. I called at 230 and they said that it would be ready in 45 min to an hour. I called them again at 4pm and they said another hour.
I would not recommend them at all.
Worst customer service.
do not want to work and do their job
went to this place at the sawgrass mall area , spoke with someone with the name of Raul , i wanted to install two tires in my car i had two brand new tires tht i bought from prior , the guy started looking at the tires and he said that i should not use the new tires that i already bought and paid 600$ because the heat and humidity would have afectted them , but they were brand new , he gave BS about my tires and he did not want to install them obviously he did not want to do his job , this place is not good , they are scammers trying to get your money trying to sell you ridiculous stories .
How is this fair?
I took my 2013 Honda pilot here as recommended by a coworker at Meadowlawn Middle School, which is really close to this shop and convenient for drop of and pick off of vehicle. The average cost for a Rack and Pinion Replacement is between $1,536 and $1,849. Labor costs are estimated $1,190 and $1,413. In total to fix my car it ran me 2500-3000 this was in 2021, Crown Honda was quoting me at 4500, given I am a teacher with two young daughters I went with the most affordable. Great Mistake! Not a year later the car started giving me the same noise and problems. Took it back to Tire Kingdom and they said there wasn't anything wrong with the car as far as they could tell. Since I am a mom driving a 4 year old and 9 year old to school, I need to have a reliable vehicle to drive my children. I then took my car to car to the Honda dealership where they provided me with a multi-point inspection and told me that they could tell I had recently had installed a rack and pinion but it was not installed correctly and had fluid in the left boot. The diagnostic cost me another $200. Took the paperwork from Honda back to Tire Kingdom and they stated that they will order a new rack and pinion and do all the work for free this was in 2022. Fast forward to 2023 same issue all over again, the rack and pinion was not installed correctly for the 3rd time in a row by Tire Kingdom. But because I had missed to window for the 1 year warranty by a couple of months, they would not replace it again. Now I am looking at spending 4,000 to have the rack and pinion done correctly finally my crown Honda, having already payed 3000 to Tire Kingdom to get it done not once but twice. How is this fair and how can they get away with this??
Have stopped in multiple times always…
Have stopped in multiple times always turned away because they don't have time to do the work. (Appointment what Appointment.) Very poor customer service.
Didn't bother to let the customer know the product didn't come in.
My sister scheduled an appointment to get a new set of tires. They didn't receive the tires and didn't bother to let her know that they didn't come in. She had a trip scheduled and had already cancelled one day of the trip for the appointment. It is completely unprofessional to not let the customer know that the product had not come in.
I picked an offer for memorial day of 3…
I picked an offer for memorial day of 3 tires and get 1 free, scheduled my appointment and put my card. The day of the appt I was called cancelling the appointment because “there was no electric power” to re-schedule the appointment, and guess what: the offer was not there anymore. So their offers are mainly tricks to get you.
Tire Kingdom Nightmare Continues
I stopped using Tire Kingdom (TC) years ago, due to constant issues surrounding their work and appointment management, to where I had to start marking my tire to make sure they actually rotated them, as well as making sure valve stem caps and oil filler cap were replaced. Once they even forgot to replace two lug nuts and then couldn't find them! Fast forward 5+ years and I'm in the market for a new set of Michelin's, and it turns out TC has a sale that will theoretically save me $300. That all ended the day of install, when even though I was the first (and only) customer at 8am for tires and an alignment. It took them 2 hours just to finish my tires, and in the meantime decided to use the alignment rack to change the wheels and tires on a truck. After another hour of sitting around, the truck was still on the alignment rack, because they had the wrong lug nuts. Why not test that before you pull off all the wheels? And why tie up the alignment rack, when you have cars waiting on an alignment? So 3 hours into it, I finally had to ask what was going on, since no one was saying anything. Since they couldn't pull the truck off the rack, and were frantically calling around for lug nuts, I had to leave with only my tires. I was told to return on Monday at 9am for the alignment, and was assured the alignment rack would be available. Guess what's on the alignment rack when I got there at 9am? Not an alignment, but rather another truck getting new tires! The manager told me his tech as "almost done" and I would be next, but after 30 minutes not a single wheel was back on the truck, nor did I even see anyone working on it, so I asked for my key back and left. Another hour wasted on driving and waiting, which made my tire purchase the most expensive option, when I went in thinking I was saving money. Now I'll have to go back to my Honda dealer for an alignment, which they could have done along with the tires, while I was there for an oil change, so add another hour wasted.
Went to Tire Kingdom in FWB
Went to Tire Kingdom in FWB, FL. Paid $500 for front brake job to include machining the rotors and new pads and wheel rotation and balance. Three weeks later the front end started to shutter when applying brakes. Brought it back and they said excessive heat was the cause of the new scoring of the front rotors AND that some of the shutter was from back breaks even though vibration was only in steering column. So I had back breaks done and they were going to warranty the front. So the charged me double for the back in order to be able to show a reduction of cost for the front. I said I should get some of the labor back after I reviewed the estimate. So then they added a “Break Labor” line that was not there before so they could show it back out of the estimate. Stay away from Tire Kingdom.
Had my front breaks and rotors replaced…
Had my front breaks and rotors replaced a year ago brought it back because rotors warped. They replaced the rotors but not the break pads so the rotors warped again.Brought it back again they told me it was the rear breaks that were causing the car to shake when pressing the breaks.Wasnt 3 months go by bring it back again this time calling corporate. Was told if the rotors are warped they will replace if under warranty.Just had the inspection done. Now they are telling me the cause is the rotors being warped is from bad calipers. They will warranty the rotors but the calipers will cost 2000.00.Now if the calipers were bad why would you warranty something your not responsible for?So I take the Suv to Break Zone where they inspected the breaks rotors and calipers.Rotors are warped from not replacing the original break pads in the first place but the calipers are fine.600 bucks out the door car and breaks work perfect.Went back to Tire Kingdom again to let them know. Got an attitude from Andy the Manager that first said not my problem didnt do the work and good look getting a refund .One yr brought back 4 times and they still cant accept the bad workmanship from their employees.I highly recommend you use someone else. The problem with this company is it does not stand by work if something goes wrong.Go somewhere else Kevin Tritsch
