Terrible return handling process.
*** Update, I received the refund, the problem was probably on Trustly the payment solution providers end so can't fault Tirendo for that. But the cancelation process and customer service still needs major improvement ***
Terrible return handling process.
It's been over a month since I returned the tires and numerous contacts with their chat support, and still no money has been refunded to my account despite getting several confirmations that it will be there in "48 hours".
The whole process is bananas. You cancel the order and receive a confirmation email that you have canceled the order. But you haven't actually canceled it until you click a confirmation link in the email that you indeed want to cancel the order. And if you don't click it within 3 days they will ship the order, and then the circus begins. The online chat said an agent will be with me in 5min, it took 1.5 hours. And when I didn't reply within a minute after the agent finally wrote, said agent terminated the chat. This happened repeatedly. Some agents are nice and polite, while some seem like the couldn't care less about you or helping you out.
I think it's fair to say that I won't be ordering from them again.

100% Satisfied
I purchased 4 Goodyear Pilot Supersport tires and the price paid was in the order of 20% lower than all the online competition, I expected older tires to arrive, i.e. tires that had already been produced for a few months and instead, tires produced only 1 month earlier arrived, in practice like freshly baked bread! I am 100% satisfied and will return to purchase on TIRENDO.
