Teppiche an sich schön, aber......

Habe in dem Shop zwei Teppiche bestellt >>Moderno® Kurzflor Teppich Hell-Grau – Weicher Wohnzimmer Teppich, modern & waschbar mit rutschhemmender Rückseite<<
Bei dem kleineren (80cm rund) ist die angepriesene Abschlusskante nicht vorhanden. Es sind einfach die zwei Stoffarten (Teppichstoff und der Antirutsch-Stoff) zusammengenäht ohne der schönen Umkettelung.
Der andere hat zwar die umgenähte Kante, wurde aber in seiner Größe 80x200cm auf ca. DIN A3 zusammengefaltet!
Die Knicke und Falten sind noch nach mehreren Tagen zu 100% da. Ist dadurch auch verzogen. War wohl lange Zeit so gefaltet gelagert. Lag jetzt 12 Stunden auf einem Fliesenboden mit Fußbodenheizung,
ohne Besserung.
Der runde Teppich ist mangelnde Herstellungs-Qualität und der andere Teppich unbrauchbar und optisch eine Zumutung durch Falten und Knicke.
Händler vertritt die Meinung es wäre alles bestens.....na dann.....
Kundenservice und Ware ein Fiasko und absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
