None existent customer service

None existent customer service. I returned 2 rings on 13th July it has passed through customs and has been delivered to their nominated collection point pending collection on the 25th July. I have sent several emails asking for a refund and replies advise my return has not been received despite providing the tracking number from my proof of postage. Still no refund.

Beautiful Brand and Quality

Travel to Italy many times and bought from authorised dealers directly. This is the 1st time I purchased online via official website. The products are exact as images, photos. Very quick delivery. SALES is such a bargain!!!

Customer Services or lack of

Where do I begin? I bought a bracelet on 19/7/22, unfortunately a stone fell out of the clasp, this bracelet had been rarely worn, I contacted them and they agreed to repair it free of charge as it was under a year old this was on 22/5/23 and reimburse my postage £11.25, which they didn’t. It somehow took over a month to arrive, once received they kindly replaced it, however I have now received a letter from Parcel Force in the UK to say I have to pay £146.18 Customs and Import Tax to get my bracelet back? Which is totally unacceptable as this was a faulty product which was replaced, so in essence I am expected to pay £157.43 (postage and customs) due to having received a product which the jeweller hadn’t set the stone in properly. To clarify I’m expected to pay this money so that I can get my bracelet back, as a customer I should not have to be out of pocket due to this issue.
In the letter it states if payment is not received the item will be returned to sender, which I am quite prepared to do, as of this moment I have paid for a bracelet which I no longer have.
I have tried to contact customer services 3 times directly and twice on their website with no response to this issue, in summary I have always loved this brand which is quite expensive, but the after service is appalling and I will no longer buy any of their products. I advised them that if they did not respond to me within 30 minutes of my last email I would be placing this review on Trustpilot, obviously they don’t care about their reputation!

All our jewellery is guaranteed for 2 years and we have therefore exchanged the broken jewellery for a new one so that you can enjoy your TI SENTO bracelet again. We are sorry that you had to pay the import fee, because the shipment was sent outside the EU and our atelier is located in the EU, additional customs fees may have to be paid. But we fully agree with you that you should not have to bear these costs considering it is a repair. We have therefore refunded the full amount to you. So that you can enjoy your bracelet again as soon as possible.

We are sorry to read that you have always loved our brand but have lost confidence because of this. We have therefore sent you a digital gift card/discount code, should you ever visit the webshop again in the future you can use it. There is no expiry date associated with the digital gift card/discount code.

The products are fake

The products are fake, I bought a bracelet, 2 rings and one pair of earrings they become red-rusty without even wearing them, especially the golden part. I do not recommend this brand to anyone. Don't spend money on fake products from this brand. Very very disappointed!!

The jewelry you ordered is gold plated. At TI SENTO - Milano we use 925 (first grade) silver, the best quality silver that can be used for jewelry, as a base for gold plating. The layer of 18 carat gold is a layer of 3 microns.

Could you please send us a picture where it is clearly visible that the jewel is damaged?
Then I can look with you for an appropriate solution.

Long delivery time and bad quality

Long delivery time, such expensive jewelry they are sending by local post. It is not safe!
And no communication at all. I had to know how long I should wait my order, still no answers.

Finally I received my order. And I am very disappointed! The necklace was okay (4stars) for discount 50% price, but the ring. I only wore it once and the stone fell out of it!!! And it doesn't mean I washed my hands with it. NOOO!! Few years ago Ti sento milano was expensive jewelry but in good quality. What happened now? And it was not the first time, 2 years ago I had the same experience! Customer service said - I can send it back for my own money! I don't have the time for that!!!! Very very inconvenient. Seems I will choose another brands next time.

I bought a bracelet based on the size guide. It was too small. I was going to return it and buy a new bigger one but when I went to the post office it wasn’t a pre-paid label and was going to cost £15.00 to return. I emailed them and asked for them to send pre-paid returns label - they said no. The postage was a 10% of the value of the item. Now have an ornamental bracelet for the draw! AWFUL !!!

I returned an item

I returned an item , a ring , on 26th feb 2022 as per Ti Sento return policy and instructions. I have subsequently sent 4 emails asking for my refund or to send a bigger size but have not received any reply to these emails sent all in March. We are now in April and still no reply.
I am appalled by this service, I don’t know anymore what to do. This is so insulting .

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. One of the stones in my ring bought in June 2021 got lost. They sent me back a new ring in less than a week. The return costs were also covered. I am satisfied and recommend the brand.

Awful..

Awful... Order on .UK site £600 order. Took 4 weeks to arrive, no shipping updates I even had to find out myself that it was sat in a Parcelforce depot in the UK for 2 weeks awaiting a £130 customs charge.

I'll never use this company again that's for sure..

I purchased earrings and never received the parcel although it said on the tracking history that it had been delivered at a collection point. They were able to give me the contact information of the courier company.
