I have bought a number of items from…
I have bought a number of items from Tish Lyon over the last 12 months and be very happy with them. However my last purchase was for a pair of threadless studs and one stud is faulty. I have emailed and spoken to them and fully explained the issue and was assured that I would receive an email with resolution by the end of the day. However this has not happened and I got the impression on the telephone that they do not want to replace them or refund despite the earring being faulty and this against my consumer rights. I am very disappointed with this poor customer service and will not be purchasing any items from Tish Lyon again

Disappointingly poor quality
I spent £300 on flat back earrings and 4 of them (the jewelled star studs) the thread is so small the front doesn't screw into the labret stem, it is literally impossible to grip it and align it and screw it in. Tish Lyon refuse to refund. £100 down the drain!! First and last time using this website - will stick to Astrid and Miyu

I was in at 10am for ear piercing
I was in at 10am for ear piercing. On a positive note, I got what I paid for and it was quick and efficient. On a negative note, after I paid and walking towards the door I heard the woman who'd served me and the other woman saying something and laughing at me. This is unacceptable, rude and ignorant.

Poor quality - not secure enough for cartilage piercings
This is the second same item I purchased about a month after purchasing same item. First one was loose and stud fell out after two weeks. After lengthy customer service emails and pleas, they gave me a 20% discount and I purchased same item again (£££). I asked them to make sure the item closed securely before sending and they assured me they had done this. Stud fell out less than a week after putting it in. I would question the quality at this price as clearly it’s not a “secure” enough stud for cartilage piercings. So disappointing as nearly £250 lost.

Expensive jewellery but cheap product
Bought small hoop earrings with small drop. First day the clasp didn’t click properly and drop was lost. I asked if I could have a replacement drop and if necessary I would buy it. I was told I would have to buy the whole thing again. The design is flawed and needs to be corrected or they will have more complaints. Customer service were no help at all. Expensive jewellery but cheap product.
