I bought two pairs of sweatpants and wanted to return one for a larger size. When i shipped off the return, i had put the wrong address by accident and the sweatpants didn't make it to the desired location. I informed Tison Industries about my mistake and they still honoured the exchange anyway. Will definitely be buying from them again for the great customer service and communication.
