Negative Stars. If I could leave negative stars I would…

If I could leave negative stars I would but there is no option. I first checked to make sure I could return the boots if they did not fit. Tissardi said it would be no problem. The boots looked nice, but turned out to not be Italian but made in China. They were too narrow so I asked for the return information. I paid $60 to return the $234 boots only to have Tissardi reject the return. They are a bad company selling cheap Chinese goods at high end prices.

We did not reject them but the customs asked us to pay more than 100 € to receive them, we informed you and you did not follow up. If we had rejected them as you say, we would not have accepted that you send them back to us. You didn't mention that it was a return shipment, so customs charged them. You can still make the return by specifying that it is a return.

I still haven’t received the item that…

I still haven’t received the item that I ordered and have made multiple attempts to contact the company with no success. I’m chalking it up as a loss.

Order never received. DO NOT ORDER

Ordered a bag in January 24. The customer service has been saying they were going to send it 3 weeks ago maximum. Of course they did not. I asked for a refund.

As of today it's been it's been 40…

As of today it's been it's been 40 days since I placed my order .I was charged 104 and I have no idea where my order is .But I will not stop until I get my refund.

The company sent me the wrong bag

The company sent me the wrong bag ! Waited for like 4 months for something I did not order !

We did not send the wrong bag. We made a mistake on the size of the bag which was sent in size 30 cm instead of 35 cm.

We asked you if you wanted to be reimbursed in exchange for sending the bag, which you did not do.

Concerning the delay that you announce, it is false, it did not take 4 months but 2 months and 1 week. As indicated in our terms of delivery, some items may take longer than indicated to be sent. Your order was sent one month after your purchase, because we were waiting for our supplier to send the bag. Regarding the shipping, it took a little over a month due to a lack of international flights due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

I paid for the express service which…

I paid for the express service which claimed delivery in 14 days. When I contacted the company, I got an email referring to the fine print, that 14 days was an estimate. I received my bag 26 days after payment.
The bag is well made and looks as good as it does in actuality as it does on the website.
I'll order from this company again but I won't pay for express delivery.

Synthetic material

Synthetic material! The bag that i received, described as "Ricci" Pleated clutch bag in cowhide leather, 75 euro. This bag is made of synthetic leather-like material inside and outside, strap as well. I would never buy this bag if i knew that it is plastic! The second bag described as "Matri" Top handle bag in genuine grained leather 71 euro, is made of pressed leather dust (mixed with glue). So, no real leather, just fraud. By the way, i also payed 20 euro extra at the post office. Order number is ORIKMXSLS. I'm replying at the comment below: this is unbelievable how disgusting you are! I did not started return procedure just because i don't need more stress dealing with scammers! Are u trying to make a fool of me?! Do u think that people can not recognise synthetic leather?! Probably the positive comments about Tissardy are fake as well.

I have made several purchases at Tissardi. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the items and the customer service is friendly and supportive, the return works also. The only thing I regret is the delivery process - it takes quite long from processing the order and shippment. So you need patience. But it's absolutely worth waiting.
