Good service - poor communications and £60 disconnection charge!?

I know quiet a few broadband companies charge to leave them now but at the end of my contract they charged me £60! At least that's what it said on the bill - which was confusing - hard to work out as there were refunds put on as well. All in all the broadband did work and I always got through to a clear well spoken guy to help out - not that it went wrong from their end in the year n a bit I had it - so cant comment on that.

The main problem was bad emails and communications on what was going on - it was very minimal and half the time I had to contact them. If they had the clear open level of information like I have just got from sky (new contract) and no charge at the end they would be a 4 or 5 star but I will never be going back now with that charge and wont be recommending them - I think the broadband companies will realise they are losing money in the long run with these silly charges.

Utter rubbish

Switched from them after huge pain. tried to tell me I was in a rolling contract but I thought they had ended and they gave in. Hidden charges,a rrogant and awful to deal with on any surprise charges. Good riddance.

v happy

Been with Titan for 8 months now always been spot on; no throughput or latency issues, sync rate still v. good for my attenuation, nice and reliable, stable, rock solid. V happy with my 40Mbs Fibre optic broadband. Support are always quick to respond and oblige when I want to tweak my line settings. I was a little unsure with all the great reviews Titan get but they get great reviews becuase they actually know what they are doing. All in all a superb enthusiast ISP! Keep it comin'
