Item came with free accessories as promised and delivered in good time. It's very helpful that you can change the delivery address in case you might not be home, especially as everyone leaves parcels... See more

Product was fun to use

Product was fun to use, already several videos made, some using stop motion. One figure I did receive seemed looser than the others, so that was frustrating, but still seems good overall. Thought about asking for a replacement blue one. Highly engaging figures

My 9 year old grandson had me place an order for him with money that he had earned over a span of a few months. He received his toy, but unfortunately it was broken. He immediately went from being ecstatic to heart-broken! :(
I was so happy to chat with Gem in customer service and she was able to resolve our issue! He is currently waiting for a replacement and is back to being happy about his purchase! Thank you, Titan13 for being the type of company that our future consumers can trust.
