I got heavy metal and it was super cool and it came with lots of accessories.the accessories were a sword a hat three guns a sword thingy and a bunch of hands

I got the ahrachnid t13 spidey and it was AMAZING design was PERFECT quality was AMAZING and if your a spider Man fan get the ahrachnid t13 there is miles and venom and classic spider Man (the one I got) 5 stars!!!!!!!😁😁😄😄😄😄😄

Delivery time was as expected since it was coming from so far away. Although the packaging for the t13 was a little damaged the actual figure was not affected. We’re happy with our purchase and will definitely be adding more to our collection!!

I ordered before it was fine; smooth process. I ordered again after receiving my first order and that’s where it was the worst experience. It was marked delivered but I never got my package. So I’m assuming it was delivered to the wrong house. I contracted the company by email since they have no phone number. They said it’ll show as delivered early but won’t be sometimes so to email them back in 3 days. I patiently waited even though I knew that wasn’t the case considering the first one I ordered was marked delivered and was there. But like I said I waited patiently and emailed again after 3 days. This time they said ask the neighbor and people in MY house and informed them my neighbor moved out there’s no one there, and I live by myself other than the kids and that I didn’t have this problem when the first one said delivered and it was actually delivered. They email me back saying I need to contact the driver who was suppose to deliver my package and then get back to them…..I also paid for the package protection too! For what?! So basically they are denying my refund I requested and also denying to send me the same product I never received. I don’t even want my money back what I really want is the Titan 13 for my son since it was part of his birthday present. Be cautious ordering from them as they won’t replace an item you never received or give you a refund. And don’t pay that extra 5 dollars for the package protection because it don’t do anything you’re basically paying them extra literally just to. I will never order from here again they lost a returning customer.

Ordered and Dummy, Cowboy and Slayer for my nephew and he loves them. A piece broke and a replacement is being sent out. Be patient delivery takes a few weeks but my nephew has already made a few videos with the figures and really seems to enjoy them

My Grandson absolutely loves these figures and another 2 has just arrived for his birthday. The quality is really good

Titan13 accepted payment for Order #152535 on April 2, 2026, but 96 days later. I have still not received the merchandise. After the original shipment failed and was returned, I communicated with Irish, Hannah, and Titan13 Customer Support, all of whom repeatedly represented that my shipping address had been verified, my case had been escalated, and a replacement shipment had been approved. A second tracking number was issued, yet the order was never delivered.

Despite numerous requests, Titan13 has not provided documentation demonstrating that the replacement shipment was ever tendered to the shipping carrier.
After 96 days and repeated assurances, I remain without the merchandise I purchased.

Great toy overall! It seems well made, works as expected, and I'm very happy with the purchase. My only complaints are that the shipping took longer than I expected, and the packaging felt a bit cheap. Other than that, it's a great product and I'd definitely recommend it.

Perfect. The product was high quality and came faster than orders from other brands. Highly articulated with so many different accessories.

I ordered the Ryomen Sukuna T13 and was so excited when it was shipped I love how cool and awesome it is although it did take some time to ship I think it was all worth it I will be buying again

I bought the T-13 dummies for my 10 yr old son. They are so much better than what you get on Amazon/Temu etc..... These are the real deal! The articulation on these characters are so cool. I bought Godzilla 🐲 for myself to have memories of my dad and I watching the movies as a kid.
Great toy, less phone time and more imagination!!

they are some of the best figures I’ve had in years, the only issue is that the gavel from higuruma is too small so I can’t use it at all
