I ordered the special forces dummy and it was the exact color 😊.It came in great condition and was very durable. However, the dagger holders broke and there was a back thigh piece that snapped but overall it had everything that was promised. 8.7/10 would recommend.

I bought a couple of these for my son and he loves them!!

My son love the toy the only problem is that it’s a little fragile and it took a while to get delivered but overall I happy if my son is happy

Son loves the items we’ve bought for him here. I just wish deliveries were faster ands the updates were more frequent because my son bothers me for updates often and I have no answers for him

I’ve ordered more than 15+ of these over time for my son as he is a huge fan of them! Sometimes delivery can take a little longer than expected but anytime I’ve contacted to enquire about this I’ve had a speedy response regarding tracking. I have just ordered and received 5 more for my son’s birthday next month, love the new boxes they have started arriving in instead of the clear tubs they look more presentable now. My son is going to be thrilled when he opens them on his birthday 🤩

The toys are fantastic and keep my son entertained for hours. Shipping can take anywhere from about 1 to 3 months, but I completely understand since they're coming from overseas.
My son now has around 12 of these toys, and we're happy to support this company because they encourage imaginative play and help keep him off screens.
We've also had a great experience with customer service. One of my son's toys arrived damaged, and they quickly sent us a replacement that arrived in perfect condition. Overall, we've been very pleased with both the products and the support.

Genuinely, the worst company I have ever come across. Received a figure broken and box damaged. Requested a refund, replacement sent instead. Replacement arrived broken. Requested refund again and specifically no replacement. Request ignored, further replacement shipped. Communication appalling with days/weeks before any response. Stuck with three items that I don’t want and never requested. Still waiting a refund. Avoid avoid avoid.

Present for son’s 7th birthday which is yet to come. Ordering process was easy, delivery within timeframe - haven’t opened package yet… but I know he will be super excited when he does

Shipping took a while, but the toys were worth the wait. I just wish you would add the superhero figures to the buy two get one bundle. Was a huge hit with the kids because all of the movable joints.

The toys were great quality but I did not receive the free bonus accessories or gift card promised in the order. Took a little while to get here as well.

Postage took longer than first thought, but my child absolutely loves his T13 toy. good quality

Very happy with Titan13. Purchased directly from them and the quality is excellent. It does take some time for the product to arrive, but well worth the wait.

I ordered over $300 worth of products for my grandson's birthday I just received them June the 9th the toys were broken. For $30 toys you would expect a little better quality made I would not recommend this for nobody I have emailed them I'm waiting for their response because I'm disappointed I want a refund

Finally received figures after almost a month of waiting and one of them is broken. I do not recommend this company at all
