Lost a lot of money investing in this supposed Hedgefund.

The sales manager Alex Sharf discussed with me how the hedgefund works before I sent a check to him for $50,000. He failed to tell me during those conversations that there would be fees deduced from my account balance. The fees are "paying for the commissions of buy and selling the options, maagement fees, operational fees and first year start up fund fees. Those fees eat into my profit or increase my losse. The first month of trading this hedgefund said the value of my account is down 7,000. By the fourth month the value of my account was down 8,000 and by October 31 the value of my $50,000 was reduced to $21,540 - a loss of 58% of my intial $50,000 investment. The sales rep Alex Sharp emailed to me June 19,2025 that my account had benefitted from a recent rise and my balance was up 9% on $50,000 but the actual quarterly report showed that at no time, not one day, was my account ever up. It has been a continual downward spiral since investing in this fund. The company no longer wants to communicae with me and the last communication stated I would have to wait a full year before the company would consider giving me a redemption. The company sent to me trades in a fund named Titan Asset Management through Interactive Brokers and those two quarter reports show trading losses of over 2 million dollars and commissions totalling over $200,000. Needless to say I have lost money investing in this hedgefund.
