This pan is promoted as non-stick - it is DEFINITELY NOT!
It conducts heat VERY quickly, but does not heat the whole pan, and does not hold heat.
It's going in the bin after just 2 days. I tried several different foods, with different heats.
Worst pan I have EVER used!
Wasted money.

Do not bother.bthese pans are told as a professional set, but are cheap rubbish. You can't return because it cost a fortune and they are not titanium. The one leaflet that comes with a an English translation states aluminium and stainless steel with a titanium coating. I bought these as I didn't want aluminium pans.
Customer service are rude.

Delivery took forever - think it is dropshipped from China. Once it arrived, we set it up to use it. This is NOT Non-stick. Everything we tried to cook was cremated to the base. Gone in the bin after one use. Disappointing as this came up as sponsored ad while I was looking at Hexclad. Cheaper than Hexclad, but far more expensive than better alternatives. Avoid!!

Rubbish, not non stick. I fell for the scam. So very tin.

In their site is written that refund can occur only before the pass of 8 hours from the order. I made the purchase by mistake, and after half an hour i request order cancelation and refund. Their respond was that they got my request and they will reply. So they replied the other day saying that 8 hours had past and they cannot refund me. Besides that they send me a tracking number and the pan is coming from China!!! so its a scam!!!!!!!!

Chinese sham company, not located in Delaware, or the UK, in some industrial hell hole in China. Not a non-stick product. Complete ripoff. Chinese-made garbage. To return the product they want to charge you $35 US for a "pre-paid" shipping label. Any review that is positive is planted, not real, from someone that works for the company, from someone who does not cook, or is a complete dolt.

I ordered a frying pan. I waited more than 2 weeks. I received it today. In a simple shipping bag, the edge of the frying pan is scratched, the end of the handle is sharp, there are no notes about the manufacturer of the frying pan. I can definitely say that this is a cheap Chinese product. Do not buy

The delivery took few weeks longer than what was estimated to me in their initial confirmation e-mail.
One of the two pans that I finally received wobbled on the stove. I had to smash the center of the pan with a hammer to make it streight and stop wobbling.
The assembly tool for the handle falls apart. You will have to use your own tools.
Is there any titanium is on the surface? I doubt it. The color is exactly the same as on my stainless steal pans. The color of real titanium should be much grayer. I can compare the color with my German made titanium watch which has much grayer color.
Returns can only be shipped to China, and therefore it is not worth paying for the return shipment from Europe.
I am disappointed. Now I can also see the exact same pans being sold under many other different unknown brands that sound western. Caution: It probably is the same Made-in-China marketing scam.

0 Stars, The pans are a total overpriced disappointment. Avoid at all costs if you are looking for a non stick Pan. Heat distribution is a total mess
This pans actually ruin your food as it overheats super quickly. I'm still trying to organise a refund with customer service however they are being difficult. I have even sent them a video illustrating how bad the pan is when simply frying an egg. Parts of the egg burning and others still raw.

I think they didn't test their product B4 going out to hype it up as a non stick. All my other pans, cast iron, Le Crueset enameled, and my nonstick ones I have used until they begin to scratch are 1,000% better at non sticking with proper use than these. Unfortunately I ordered two more B4 my one pan arrived. I will return to sender whenever it finally shows up. I have tried to cancel the two and get my money refunded. So far, I haven't heard . Nice email though! I followed the directions. It's pretty but totally useless and I am not a high heat person!

Have not received the order since October. No reply to emails. I’ve been a dumb not checking the reviews first.
How can such a company still being able to scam people online at the view of all?

The boards are VERY thin, (1mm?) the edges are sharp and not smoothed or bevelled - the latter is best but is not possible with such thin metal.
They scratch just ‘looking at them knife in hand’ and they water-stain immediately when washed. It comes off but not without a surprising amount of effort.
All-in-all, they work but I wouldn’t recommend them.

I haven't received my cook ware yet.where is it?

It’s been more than a month since I bought the product and I have not received my order yet. Í have no way of tracking my order without paying extra to the website. I feel I have been scammed

After seasoning the skillets as directed I am still unhappy with these skillets as they are not stick resistant as advertised.
I want a full refund please.

Not what it was advertised to be, anything I cook on this pan sticks, is hard to clean and despite my best efforts to clean the pan the surface remains stained. I would highly not recommend this product. Very disappointed in this product.

'Non-stick' here seems only to mean 'easier to scrub' .
