I bought myself and my partner a Self-Defence Tactical Pen each three years ago and unfortunately my pen was stolen recently. I visited the Titan Depot site last month with the hope I could buy a replacement as they are really good quality pens. Great to see that Titan Depot still sell the pens so bought more as they had a fantastic offer and also treated myself to an awesome belt. Great products offered on the Titan Depot site and as always great service from the team at Titan Depot!

Products look better than I expected. The 1/4 zip jumper is suitable for every day/smart casual wear.

They also provide a small sample of the protective material so you can see for yourself that it is highly slash proof and resistant.

Selling team was also very communicative.

They did help me out when I ordered a hoody that didn't fit me so well. I hadn't sent the return back in the correct time, they said, but when I explained I had been moving house they were very accommodating at arranging a refund and are very quick to respond by email.

On behalf of a local authority, I made purchase of several pieces of personal safety equipment. The items were delivered swiftly, securely and all were true to size-chart.

I didn't need to, but was informed that exchanges for size issues are easily done and only at cost of return postage.

Really happy with the customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to use Titan Depot again.
