TITAN PMR Reviews 

We had Nas today to give us an implementation training on Titan PMR.
One word to describe it: GREAT.
She is extremely knowledgeable and can explain it very easily. The advice given will help a lot and we are very grateful for her time and expertise. Excellent.

Great PMR system. Switched from Rxweb and had a much better experience. It has been amazing to work with Nas Khaliq. She has been very supportive, patient and brilliant in training and getting us all set up

We have just bought over our second store and gone live today, titan has been great for our business and can’t wait to keep using it. It frees up the pharmacist allowing them to provide more services to the community. Nour has been great in training the team and the whole implementation team was always there when we needed help

It’s lot to learn but implementing team is there to help you at every stage . Especially Nas gave us detailed walk through of every section , what to do and how to resolve any issues. Atique gave me training on repeat flow. His style of teaching was the perfect blend between giving knowledge and asking questions - which really cemented the information in my brain. great attitude, great teacher, very knowledgeable and supportive. thoroughly enjoy my hour session with him. Great computer system with really helpful staff

It’s been an amazing job so far. We just went live just close to a month ago and Maj and his team has been amazing and just want to say thank you for all your assistance. Nothing was too much to ask.

The new apps on titan are brilliant, the fridge log and titan 2.0 ai are very useful tools we have been using them for a little over 2 weeks now and it has made things so much easier. The fridge log you can scan with the edo and enter on there dont need to go on a PC anymore so much quicker much more efficient. Nas from titan explained it all in detail making it much easier for us all to use the new apps. Thanks again Nas!!

Coming on to a year with TITAN, mega impressed with the continuous improvements to the system. Titan listen to customers and implement. Fridge-Log is now available, and Patients Insights are going to be extremely useful - Stock management and plenty more in the works. Previous PMRs literally sat on what they had - with TITAN every other week there's an update bringing exciting new features. Titan Ai replaces Titan X - looking forward to this once full use is available! - Annual call from Nas keeps me up to date with all the latest new apps and makes sure we are making the most of the system. Thanks once again!

Great network of friendly/helpful and informative team members. Also - a very good PMR system making operations within the pharmacies so much better. We recently launched a 5th branch, and Nour/Bhav were excellent with the launch & team and responsive to any initial issues etc which mya have arisen.
