We have had fantastic support from the Titan onboarding team especially Nas. Nas was always there for us giving us training on all aspects of the new system. The support from titan was next to none as they always got back to us very quickly whenever we had issues. Highly recommended and Titan Pmr is a game changer with barcode scanning reducing errors to virtually nil. Once again much appreciated with all the help from Nas.

Brilliant Pharmacy System – Highly Recommend!

Switching to Titan PMR has been a real game changer for our pharmacy. The system is fast, easy to use, and makes everything run so much more smoothly from processing prescriptions to managing stock.

One of the biggest benefits has been the automation and smart workflow features, which have really helped cut down on errors and freed up more time for us to focus on patient care. The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) integration has also made things much simpler and more efficient.

Another big plus is the fantastic support team—they’re always quick to help whenever we need them, and it’s great to see they’re constantly improving the system with new updates.

Nas was excellent in our training call, and other times when we have spoken to her too. She was patient and answered our many questions and explained everything thoroughly.

We have been using Titan for approximately 2 years and the PMR system is brilliant. It is reliable, efficient and very innovative. It frees up the Pharmacist’s time to focus on services and conduct consultations whilst allowing staff to maximise the system in ensuring the workflow of the dispensary is well managed.

The transition period was very smooth and Zad was very helpful in answering any questions that we had. He was able to tailor the training to accomodate our business needs whilst ensuring all staff understood the PMR. He is always able to answer any questions and has provided the team with continuous support due to his extensive knowledge of the PMR.

Have now been using Titan for about six months. It has been excellent! Saj who we initially spoke to arrange everything was clear and helped me through all the things we needed, including computers and peripherals. The installation and the onboarding was awesome, we had a remote installation but Maj was excellent and supported us throughout. Once we were up and running the support was and still is been excellent. They're quick to respond and keep you informed of the progress of your query! The constant updates and new features are always welcomed! It has transformed the way we worked and greatly increased our accuracy. Most importantly it has freed up my time as a pharmacist to focus on patient care and private services! Titan X, Batch Flow, Repeat Flow, Titan SMS are all must haves! Just got Titan for another pharmacy. It’s fast, reliable, and easy to use, helping pharmacies handle high volumes of work without errors. The software is also flexible, with options to customize it to fit the needs of any pharmacy.

Dan assisted us, and was onsite for the go-live day, making the transition as painless as possible. He was very much involved afterwards as well, giving remote support, and training. Our staff has hugely benefited from switching to Titan, and it has freed up an noticeable amount of their time. We are also re-assured that the margin for human error has been reduced to zero, and the dispensing process has considerably accelerated in pace.

We are a Dispensing Doctors surgery that went live with TITAN back in March 2024. It has completely changed how we dispense - and most certainly for the better! Our processes are now far more efficient and safer. All my dispensing staff enjoy using the system as it is extremely user friendly and just makes the day to day running of the dispensary far easier.

Titan has made doing MDS patients much easier for me as i am able to see on one screen all my patients who are ready to be processed, i can also print my backing cards and release my prescriptions from this screen.
I can see where my patients are whether in the process, packaged or handed out stage which saves me time physically looking for where they are.
I am very happy with this system and for all the support and training given to me.
