It’s been such a good experience having Title as my letting agents - renting is not always easy, but Title made the whole process very smooth. Anytime I needed any assistance with the property I’d always had a prompt response and things were sorted as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend them!

Title have fully managed my properties for coming up to 12 months. They transitioned the management of my portfolio (more than 10 tenancies) from a large well-known high-street agent, on an agreed date. My initial nervousness was around changing agents part way through tenancies given the enormous number of pitfalls and complexities there are for us as landlords, but this was handled seamlessly such that all rental payments were met, and tenants knew who they needed to contact following the date of transfer.

Since then, the management and new lettings service is exceptional. It has made my life so much easier to have an agent that properly manages rather than passing things on to the landlord like a conduit service. Or worse instructing poor ineffective contractors, ignoring maintenance etc etc.

Hass and his team are very professional and know the residential lettings market inside out. I am very happy that all compliance and maintenance work is carried out professionally, timely and on a cost-efficient basis. I feel that my tenants are happier and better looked after for instance, maintenance is reported on their app and these are picked up straightaway with contractors being appointed who are both timely, pragmatic and priced reasonably.

As I look to expand and manage my portfolio, in these difficult and uncertain times for landlords with the many changes that are coming, I feel confident that my portfolio will continue to give a good return as its well managed and I have Title’s exceptional insight to support me as I grow the portfolio. I was at a point whereby I was considering disposing of my investments as it was becoming to onerous and yields were falling due to poor management. This has made a big impact.

We were in a rush looking for place, and the response time and viewing arrangements everything was quick and the place was exactly like the images. The rest of the process- billing transfers, transparency on readings and facilities, everything was very prompt and fast.
The move-in day was made easy and the after communication is very smooth with the landlord as well.

As a Tennant it was really easy working with Title - cannot fault the experience I have had with these, if you ask a question you get a reply ! So refreshing first class professionalism from them - flat is rented as shown in the advert pictures and to a high spec - checks where easy to follow and move it day went very smoothly

Moved to Title on recommendation. Moved from large local estate agent after a few years - tired of feeling like we were an after thought for them. Title have been excellent - always prompt and proactive. They have made us feel that our business is important to them and they are really on top of things actively managing issues.

As a landlord, having a letting agent you trust, particularly when you live 200 miles away, is an absolute must.
I needed an agent who would look after my tenants while also protecting my interests. In Has, I found an agent who was proactive and reliable, who demonstrated high levels of professional knowledge and great integrity. He is excellent with people, which was particularly important when dealing with tenants. It was great to know I had someone I could trust implicitly.
