I honestly appreciate Title Max for extending my husband and I our recent loan. However, I don't think that you guys realize just how rude and racist your employees are to your customers at the Olive Branch store on Goodman road in Mississippi. My husband went in to pay off our loan "early" and we as treated like he was not capable of paying the loan off . She was very condescending to him and I promise, we will not ever return to this particular store.

These people are VERY PREDATORY, DO NOT PAWN YOUR TITlE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS YOU CAN RISK LOSING THE CAR, THEY WILL VIOLENTLY SNATCH YOUR CAR, AND THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL YOU HAPPY THANKSGIVING, I HOPE THIS COMPANY GET SUED OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH, THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO TAKE YOUR CAR IF YOU ARE IN IT THEY WILL IT HAPPENED TO ME AND IM DISABLED!

My Review of TiltleMax in Independence, MO. I dealt with Vessi and Ashley. They were friendly and professional. My concerns started after I had been approved for a title loan. That is when I was informed that my monthly payments would be $666.43, on a $4,026.50 loan [+ title fee]. I hadn't received my loan documents until I called on 10/13/25. The secretary stated she would mail them the next day. When I hadn't received them by 10/29/25, I called back and picked them up after work. This is when I did 'The Math'. $4,026.50 divided by 36 months = $111.85 monthly principal owed. Multiply that by the interest rate stated on the loan agreement, of $184.25% =$206.08. Add those two numbers together and the monthly payment should be $317.93. In actuality, to get the monthly payment to $666.43, the monthly interest rate is 500%! I was in a desperate situation. Had I not taken out the loan, I would have been homeless. Just a quick caveat, just before leaving, I was informed that there is NO grace period. If the monthly payments are not made - by the due date - the vehicle is theirs. I had to give the company 1 star, but it doesn't deserve it. They feed off the desperate people of society, me being one of them.
