This was a scam.
I order 5 products including a compostable bag to send the use hair extensions back in.

1.) 3 of my products were abruptly refunded and undelivered at the last minute - I emailed to asked why multiple times and received no answer ( on the website it said these items were still in stock)

2.) the compostible bag I PAID FOR did not arrive with the package - I messaged them multiple times and again they did not respond

3.) The refunds portal on their website is "currently disabled" and has been since I started using the website, so according to them , you must send a refund request within 48 hours, but their refund portal doesnt work!

4.) The quality of the hair is not as advertised. They market as being "environmentally friendly and recyclable" but their products were very similar to items which I found on temu...... This is just my opinion but it appears as if they are selling existing products at a higher price , but marketing it as recyclable for some reason,

please avoid. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend.

Still waiting on my refund.

Purchased their pre looped crochet braids, only to be contacted and told what I ordered and paid for was NOT available.

I was offered a different colour. I agreed. However, when the product arrived the colour was too light and the braids bigger than expected. I opened one packet to inspect the hair closely.

I started the refund process, but that didn't work. After a month of not hearing from them, I messaged them and they contacted me via text/phone.

As I've found the time, I've sent their product back, unused and unopened (bar one which needed to be opened). I'm waiting and hoping they will refund me my money as I texted them to ask if they have received the package and heard nothing since.

I've effectively been ghosted at this point and they have my money. Hopefully they'll prove me wrong and refund me, otherwise I have been scammed by this brand!
