TixBite Reviews

I bought Cat 12 tickets to Taylor Swift, tickets took slightly under an hour to be sent to me after payment. I was initially very sceptical due to the high frequency of scams but decided to go ahead after seeing the positive reviews.Safe to say i’m really glad to have found a reliable third-party source

The platform also provide user a peace of mind since the ticket will be verified and authenticated prior for use. Also as the platform allow credit card payment, it provides an added security to dispute in event of fraud or scam.

Fuss free transaction. Got my tickets minutes after purchasing. Tickets were legit and not a scam. All thanks to the thorough ticket verification processes by tixbite! They were responsive when I had some questions as well. Overall, thankful for this service/platform!!! Else I wouldn't have been able to attend the Eras Tour!

the tickets were not a scam! but the verification of tickets were a bit slow and it was extremely nerving waiting for them to get verified

Seamless experience. I got cat 1 floor tickets and was very afraid if the tickets would be genuine. I got to enjoy the eras tour!

Was skeptical at first but we made it in! Thank you so much!!! Trustworthy and very reliable ✨

I recently purchased a ticket for Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour in Singapore from Tixbite after being scammed by another seller. I was initially skeptical, but after contacting them through Instagram DM to ensure the legitimacy of the process, I managed to secure a ticket for day 1 of the concert, which was on March 2nd. I received the e-ticket just 15 hours after the purchase. Getting into the concert confirmed the ticket's authenticity, making the entire process very pleasant and seamless. I would rate it 10/10 and highly recommend it to others

Tried to get the tickets myself but to no avail. Thankfully for tixbite, we managed to secure tickets with the section we wanted. Fuss free and reliable platform to get hard-to-get concert tickets.

Was able to get 3 tickets for me and my family!! 10/10 would get tickets from here again.

I was a bit skeptical and was afraid that my Taylor Swift ticket is fake. But it turns out the ticket was authentic and I enjoyed her first opening show in Singapore very much. Thank you! 🤩

Reliable genuine tickets. Appreciated that my messages were responded to immediately and that the VIP packages were couriered to my chosen address.

Attended Taylor Swift's ERAS tour and it was amazing. Tickets were legit and encountered no issue during the entry. Reliable and trustworthy 👍

Thanks tixbite for amazing ticket for IVE!

As a tourist, I didn't think I would get a chance to hold a ticket for this event knowing that limited tickets were issued and they were gone in a few minutes. My Singaporean friend suggested me to try my chances using TixBite as he was able to get Coldplay tickets using that platform. Luckily for me, I was able to get a deal for Cat1 Standing for a reasonable price and the ticket was scanned in without an issue.

Ed sheeran at the Capitol was insane. Great experience and only possible because of tixbite! Thanks!
