We have been working with suppliers to bring our customers essential products and we are being careful to ensure we sell these within our normal low-cost model. However, as demand is very high for certain items the cost that we have to pay has been significantly increased. We assure you we are still trying to bring our customers the best prices on these items.

One of TJC’s founding principles is to do the right things, working with locally based charities who help us donate nutritious meal to children across the UK and India. TJC contacted me to see what they could do to resolve the issue. I can honestly say I have never been so impressed by a company's customer service. After this experience I would not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them! Thank you TJC for reaching out, listening to me and resolving the situation immediately - I returned a bracelet as it was faulty. I phoned before I did so to ensure I could get a replacement and was told there was plenty in stock and there would be no issue. I returned the bracelet that day. Of course there was none in stock so I was issued a refund. And TJC tried to charge me for the return postage even though the item was faulty. I am a very unhappy customer!
