I will never purchase from TKEES…

I will never purchase from TKEES website ever again. The customer service is the worst. No way to talk to a real person and emails go unanswered. Sent wrong size and website would not let me return. It wasn't until I disputed with American Express did something happen.
Also recieved a pair for a gift the sandal did not fit even though it was my size. I emailed a copy of the order and asked how to exchange ...never a response after three attempts I gave up. I do like their sandals and have purchased from department stores... this has been the first time dealing direct now I have a sour taste of the brand.

placed an order on 11/27/21 and have not received my order as of today 1/4/22. reached out again as was told it would probably not ship until January and emailed TWICE now asking for an update and status and have not received a response. like many others this was a christmas gift and would have appreciated transparency in terms of "IN STOCK" or " PRE-ORDER". Just feel you sold a product you did not have in stock and took the money from my account immediately though you had no product to ship???? I would like an update on my order to gather when this will be shipped.

Items slow to ship

I reached out to TKEES again and finally got an update that my black and grey clothing would not be shipped until the end of January. I was offered a partial refund for the extended wait. After my email, they immediately shipped the green items in my order that they had in stock. I appreciate them making efforts to make me whole, and am looking forward to receiving the rest of my items. The ones I did receive are very comfortable and high quality.

Having a similar experience to the previous reviewer. Placed a large clothing order 11/17 that I still haven't received as of 12/21. I reached out on 12/1 for a status update, and was told (through a seemingly automated message) the items were pre-order and had an expected ship date of 11/29 - 12/6. There was no warning on the product pages the items were pre-orders, and I have yet to receive any additional updates. For a very expensive purchase, I'm fairly concerned and would just appreciate an update if there are expected delays. Would never order these as gifts knowing the lead time now.

To TKEES credit, the items I purchased ended up going on sale for Black Friday (about a week after my purchase). I reached out and requested to cancel my order so I could submit a new one at the discounted prices of ~25% off, which added up to quite a bit. Someone immediately responded and refunded me 25% of my purchase price so I didn't have to cancel/place a new order. I really appreciated that customer service.

Still hopeful things will turn around and I can get some information on my items. Was initially very excited to get them.

Ordered in November and items still not…

Ordered in November and items still not shipped. Customer service emails back and states items will be shipped soon, very vague no date to confirm. Even though on the order confirmation email it states ships within 2 -3 days via DHL. Appalling customer service. I don't understand the hold up? These were Christmas presents, which are now never going to arrive in time. over $700 spent and no communication.

Bad customer service

Their customer service is very unsatisfactory. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals, & before i recieved them, the sandals went on sale. Then, just a few dats later, was unable to return one if the pairs bc they said they had done a price adjustment . No one ever explained this policy to me & yhere waS nothing that stated the shoes would be non-refundable. I tried to get back in touch with customer service, but no one responded.

No returns on normal sale items

I ordered sandals with a sale code and was told I am unable to return them because they were on sale. I have heard of final sale no returns but these are now back to regular pricing. This was also never listed anywhere that they were final sale. Their suggestion to me was to donate them. What a joke this company is, I would never buy from them again.

I'd like to apologise to Tkees for my previous post. I did hear back from them and they are sending my correct size and have let me keep the incorrect size, which I will gift to my niece.
I didn't realise the sizing is US, I chose a size 6 which is a US 4.
My mistake :(

Quite disappointed…

Quite disappointed…

I was excited to get a pair as they looked amazing and super comfy, but sadly I was just disappointed through and through.

Even though they were in stock, they took weeks to ship. I wanted them to wear on vacation, but obviously they ended up arriving after. I tried to reach out to customer service, kindly asking for an update, and after a basic email my request was ignored.

When they arrived, the color looked much lighter than on the website, and even though I had sized up they still were small…

So sad because I feel like they could be amazing sandals… 😭

If there was a zero I would have left a zero. Absolutely poor customer service and standards. Ordered 6 pairs on May 8 2021, and was not given an update on my order until I sent them an email on 1 June 2021, to which I found out that 1 pair of slippers was sold out. If so, why did I not receive an email about it earlier? Why was I only told once I emailed them about updates on my order? Where was the responsibility and initiative. Dealing with the customer service was terribly frustrating, I felt like I was at my wits ends and wanted to just UGH! FORGET IT!!!

Thankfully they managed to give me a decent response and refunded me for the pair that was sold out. And so, only after I emailed them about my missing order one month after placing the order, was it then processed (mind you, this does not mean shipped). And now it’s 16 July 2021. It’s nearly 44444444 months!!!! And I just got my slippers. And guess what? The footbed is damaged. It came in a padded envelope packet, and the shoes weren’t placed in a box. Of course the shoes will get damaged during shipping if it’s not protected. UGH! So frustrating. Waiting nearly 4 months to receive such poor pairs of shoes. Even the ones at haivannas must have faired better.

I’ve ordered flees twice from shopbob before and never have I ever faced such poor customer service and shipping issues that frustrated me to no end. It’s not like the slippers even last, the toe thingy already came out less than a year for me and I’ve sent it to the cobbler twice.

I guess buying from the main website pretty much sealed the deal. POOR, POOR, POOR QUALITY. There’s a lack of transparency and I can tell the company can’t even get their backend stuff right. Can’t believe I didn’t check the shipping reviews first before buying it. Gosh. So annoyed and frustrated. It’s a miracle I even received my order honestly that’s how annoyed and frustrated I am.

Never buying again.

Would rather live with the damaged shoe bed than deal with the customer service and wait another 4 months to get a response. Forget it. Don’t even bother.

Utterly disappointed in this company

Utterly disappointed in this company. I have placed my first order on May 8 (note: no Pre-order note was visible on the product page, I was simply informed that the product is not even yet in their warehouse after already having made the payment). The order shipped almost 20! Days after and now it is June 10 and I am still waiting for the order to arrive. The TKEES customer support and service is one of the most disappointing (or rather non-existing) I have ever encountered. I have sent a complaint asking to provide me with a tracking number and explain the delay and have never received a reply.
Today (June 10) I have emailed again whilst also leaving comments on their social and only then was graced with an impassive not even slightly apologetic reply.

The only thing worse than a bad shopping experience is the customer support that does not care about you as a customer lacking the “support” part of the title.

I will steering clear of this company and sincerely advise everyone to do so as well.

Let’s see if my order ever arrives..

Lack of transparency & poor customer service

I bought a pair of sandals that didn’t fit like I expected them to, so I returned them and wrote a review about the shoes. They do not post negative reviews (my honest review didn’t violate any rules) and that is a huge red flag. The customer service is also terrible; I’m still waiting for my refund and they’re only available via email. Avoid this company.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Giving unrealistic funny solutions to a very easy and solvable problem. 1st purchase and very disappointed. Plus they ship with dhl and it ends up at the local post office, where dhl delivers home usually. Just weird. Fail

Tkees

Tkees, the products look great and I wanted to purchase more products, but worse customer ever I have been waiting for my shipment since the 9th of May 2020. Been sending emails no reply been commenting on their Instagram my honest reviews they have deleted my comments not even an apology for the delay or their bad customer service. I am still following up on my order, orders that I have purchased after tkees reached and yet tkees didn’t deliever my shipment.
