I bought a frying pan in TK Maxx in Athlone Co Westmeath. Thought I got a bargain down from €38 to €22.99. When I got home I saw there was another sticker underneath the main one. I lifted it just to see what was original price. It was only €32 RRP & their price 16.99. I'm not impressed after paying €22.99

Very good , I always seem to find little bits and bobs in store. They have lots of branded clothes for cheap sometimes aswell

I have to say it is the first time in this country, I met with such a disrespect for someone else's private space, with such a rudeness and impoliteness.
I see there is definitely a lack of a good knowledge of Customer service, but to be honest if you rude nothing will change that. It cost you absolutely NOTHING to show respect for the other human.
Thank you TkMaxx for such a horrible experience.

A good place to pick up some good designer brands for alright prices. If you see something in the store best buy it then and there cause It usually aint there when you go back.

I bought a beautiful plant pot from TK Maxx the other day and was so sad to come home, take the price off only to see the paint come off with the sticker.
I was really sad as a lot of paint came off so not something easy to disguise! On reflection I should have used warm water, but I didn't realise the pot would be so fragile.
I sent a message via Facebook messanger to the TK Maxx team and was really impressed to have them response within an hour or two. Richard and Olivia who I chatted with were both so helpful and kind, they were very empathetic and sent me a gift voucher straight away. I was really impressed by their customer service.

Very rude customer service in the Portlaoise branch, rude hand gestures and general attitude. Employee was externally rude and ruined our day. When we called to ask to speak to a manager as we had to get out of the shop as we were are in a world pandemic and we were getting no clarification from the women who served us at the till, once we called the same women answered and was utterly rude and degrading. We will never be returning to Tk maxx again.

If you're going to a Tk Maxx store, I'd recommend being prepared to search through almost every rack there. There's a wide array of items available, from clothes to kitchen utensils as well as a large price range, anywhere from luxury to high-street to very affordable. I've found quite a few gems during my visits. The only thing left to desire here is the want for an online shop.

One of my favourite stores. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always love visiting. Only wish they had online store in the Republic of Ireland. Still 5 stars.

Had a superb customer service from the Irish store in Athalone.
A staff called Bianca helped me a big time and I was very friendly.
She went thru an extra mile to ensure that I would receive my purchase, which I did.
Amazed by the customer service I've received, excellent!!

There was a time when the shops used to be well organised and great prices.

Not any more. The stores are now constantly in a heap. Even the clothes are hanging on the wrong hangers (e.g small sizes on L hangers)

It was always an effort but at least it was worth it to find a bargain.

Now? Expect to pay FULL prices for your effort. Don't bother.
