We travelled all the way from Cardiff as we had heard good things about it we picked up a medium platter to eat at a friend's house and they missed a few items in our order upon complaining I received a message that management will get back to me and yes you have guessed it right no one got back to me even though the rest of the food tasted good but the management just ruined the whole experience.
When i contacted again they i have been called twice which I did not and was told Manager Jibran will call which he didn't.

A group of six visted and we were looking forward to our the meal. Generally the place was as you expect and the staff were polite and professional. The food was disappointing, ordered pila rice, chapal kebab, chicken thighs, lamb chops, seek kebabs, chicken boti nan bread, veg samosa, desi tea, 2 jugs of soda, lemon and mint.

Best bits, the soda, nan bread and chapel kebab. The food was cold and the meat was hard and rubbery, the samosa were hot on the rims and cold inside.

Reordered, came out cold the 2nd time again. Food wasn't piping hot, just warm. I would stick with items that have to be cooked individually don't leave it to chance in bulk.

Wont be going again, total bill just under £200. The media hype and PR was hotter than the food.
