Good fast and great value, I collected personally and staff loaded my trailer promptly

The quality of stairs was good. However the fitting together (provided flat pack with feature treads prebuilt) when feature treads are included is not straightforward. The stringer on the feature tread side does not include fixing slots for both treads but relies on screws. I also added addition support under the extended part of the feature tread as it appears to rely on the riser for support.

Five star service from a 5 star company. From initial contact to the finished product everything went exactly as it should have done. The products they produce are of a far superior quality to others available on the market and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone, trade or DIY, who may be considering a staircase and balustrade installation.
My special thanks must go to Jim Beeson, an utmost professional in his field who went above and beyond in managing my order, a superb asset for a superb company, thank you.

Choose TKstairs as I needed a new staircase after the basement being flooded by blocked street main drains.
I looked at quite a few staircase suppliers, found that with TKstairs I was able to plan out designs, save them, revert back to make changes to my designs, as a DIYer I need to make this project as simple as possible for me. TKstairs supplied my staircase, with strings already constructed, the rest in kit form, which gives me the time to construct my staircase and enjoy my project and feel proud of my work.

From the easy to use stair planner, to placing the order and getting the stairs delivered was a 1st class experience! I went for the cheapest option on a 14 tread flight of stairs, and the quality is excellent!! Much better than a generic flight which I could have purchased from a local kitchen manufacturer.
