My wife bought me 4 tubes of the yellow…

2My wife bought me 4 tubes of the yellow or gold new 40% more numbing cream. When I put the 4 tubes on my leg it felt numb, two hours later my tattoo was started and I could feel the needle fully straight away even though my skin felt numb to the touch. We sent a message and they asked numerous questions to try and avoid responsibility for the cream not working and because I had used the numbing cream before I had trusted that it would work a second time so i saw no need to perform a patch test before hand and this is the excuse they used for denying responsibility for sending me a defective batch and I have seen no apology or refund from them. Even if I had done the patch test, like I said it felt numb to the touch until the needle went in so I would not have been able to tell whether it worked properly. Also on their site it states that a patch test is for testing if you are allergic to the cream.I have numerous tattoos and have used numbing cream a few times so I know what it feels like to use numbing cream and also to not use numbing cream. I will not buy this numbing cream again as the customer service is diabolical as they treat you as a liar . Absolutely disgusting treatment!

Great

Great! I've bought numbing cream from this brand many times and it has never let me down. I even recommended it to my friends to help with the pain during tattoos

I didn’t have high expectations for this numbing cream, as I’ve tried many different brands before. But TKTX really surprised me it’s extremely effective, especially for someone with sensitive skin like mine

Best numbing cream

Bought the TKTX gold numbing cream. It was pink so you can see where you apply it and area was numb in around 30 minutes. Postage was prompt. Would purchase again.
