Really very horrible customer service
As you you want to see item the gentleman telling you l can’t show you every item you want to buy. Gived order last week but unfortunately l have not received it.. bow branch
Ordered 4 items early afternoon. Delivered mid morning the next day. All installed by lunchtime! Excellent service. Never used the company before but would recommend TLC to anyone
Used TLC a few times for electrical equipment, prices are always good compared to others, delivery is excellent , ordered a ceiling fan Saturday posted off by next working day Monday, arrived Tuesday , can’t fault that
I placed an order, rang customer services at the Swindon branch and a lovely gentleman Jon said the order would come the next day. Then he telephoned me back to say it was coming that day! I needed the order quickly and l have been blown away by there excellent customer service. Thank you so much TLC and Jon!
