Great work, quick response and nice overall communication from Waris!! Thank you for your help!

Having used various solicitors for conveyancing over the years, I was particularly impressed with the Law Partnership; Waris was helpful and easy to contact when needed. Our chain was long and there were a number of issues that cropped up, but we are now in our new home. The only minor downside was the app, it was rarely updated and not much use. But that aside I was very happy with the service.

My house selling process was complex due to a deed of variation required for a rent charge. This was unexpected at the start of the process however TLP were able to support and guide the process. The draft contract pack was sent out within a week to start the process and the team were always contactable and returned calls/emails when asked. The process was long, but successful which is the most important thing. Waris and Ismail were especially supportive and helpful. Thank you!

I used these conveyancers based on their positive reviews for the sale of my property. In a very short time I discovered I should have looked a little bit closer at the overall reviews- as I found there are many reviews with a 1 score which exactly replicated my own experience.
When I say I had to chase everything from Day 1....I mean absolutely everything.
Be prepared to have emails and calls ignored. I lost count of the number of times I had to escalate my concerns over lack of communication and action.
My initial intention was to use the same conveyancer for both my sale and my purchase ( when I had found a property.) It became very clear- this simply wasn't practical ( as much for my own sanity) due to the extremely poor service.
I really wouldn't like to comment on the authenticity of the many glowing and positive reviews - which also enticed me. I can only say in no shape or form did I receive anything similar.
I have given 2 stars- as the transaction did take place on the planned day for which I am grateful.
This was my 7th house move - and due to the conveyancers used- by a country mile the most stressful. And to add insult to injury- they overcharged me- which has now been refunded.

Ismail was the lead solicitor, very responsive and patient! Team answered any questions along the way. He was able to get the whole process done to a tight deadline, turn around was quick, all in all took about 6weeks! Would recommend and would use again.

TLPS helped my mother complete the sale of her flat. Everything was done online (secure portal used for important docs) which was particularly helpful because my mum was based overseas. It was a smooth and straightforward service.

TLP have been fantastic. Sold our flat with them and their support has been brilliant, they are very reasonable with their fees and they also deal with the Building Safety Act for a reasonable price too. I do a lot of research before choosing a supplier, and this company came out on top. Good communication and always someone to answer the phone. I also appreciated always knowing the name of who was leading the case at various points throughout the process and could call or email them directly, which I found very reassuring.
Sold our flat before we’d found a new place to move to, now we’ve found somewhere I’ve enlisted their services again, and will do so in the future for our next sale!

The solicitors were rude, refused to answer questions. They were threatening telling me how to behave. They took payments for a purchase which did not go through & therefore the work had not been completed. They threatened not to pay back the deposit for a sale even though in the agreement it says 'pay only on completion. This company was recommended online by Reallymoving.

Great local solicitors, that I was fortunate to work with whilst selling my parents house. They certainly know what's needed and experts in the City of Coventry. Made things straight forward so even a first time seller like myself could easily understand and let me know what I needed to do. My appointed solicitor Waris Soekarna was superb.
