Brought a watch for mother-in-law tried it out and it worked great since then watch runs out of charge within 2 days tried to get in touch with company by phone left several messages but have no return calls company has no email address spent over £1700 on watch luckily bought on credit card so money safe also their website is no longer working think its a scam

After moving into a house without an alarm, I decided to go for a monitored system and chose TMAC.
I was pleasantly surprised at the value for money for what you got. Installation went as planned and my property is now protected by the alarm and a CCTV camera linked to my phone.

Kevin is the most disgusting, disgraceful, and sickening man. A complete disgrace to humanity. Praying on my grandmother in her most vulnerable time after the passing of her beloved husband. Trying to scam her out of thousands.

My mother purchased a GPS medical pendant from Tmac and im pleased to say it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish!

this company cold called my elderly neighbour and managed to con her out if thousands of pounds. asking questions about power of attorney, family etc. fortunately Bank has intervened and recovered the money.
crooks and con artists.

These crooks charge £4000 for a service and alarm that costs £600.
Do not let them in your home they are a disgusting company

the response to an alarm is very quick and they have kept o their promise when there is a false alarm to ask for the password, ending the matter

After a spate of burglaries in our area we decided to install a alarm , my boyfriend and I decided to have a monitoring alarm rather than one that rang into street, a neighbour had TMAC so we decided to call them. We found their service to be great and it offered exactly what we needed. Mark (who installed the alarm) was really helpful, would definitely recommend them!

This company are a disgrace, cold calling , pressurizing the elderly and vulnerable, they need closing down,

I had a great experience with this company. The installation was quick, easy, and the team was professional and helpful. They made sure I understood how everything worked before leaving. The system itself is reliable, and I love how simple it is to control. Highly recommend!

After my grandad had a fall I was looking for a medical pendent that worked not only indoors but outdoors as my grandad is big into gardening so is outside alot. I contacted TMAC and they was very friendly, and arranged some one ro visit to show us the product. The gentleman that came was very professional and really kind to my grandad, he explained the service fully and knowing my grandad would have the safety of the pendent that would contact emergency services and us as well was so reassuring. I am very pleased with this service.

What a life saver
my elderly grandfather has been poorly on and off for some time. After looking into several systems that could offer piece of mind for him and the family we decided to go with TMAC
From the beginning right threw to the installation tmac have been nothing but helpful. We opted for the full system so we know my grandad is covered by all aspects. This system has given nothing but piece of mind for the whole family

We came across this company and had an advisor come see us, and I’m so glad we did. The advisor was so polite and understanding of our needs, he was informative and now we feel much safer.

After recently suffering a burglary, i was advised to update our security. We searched a lot of security companies and decided to go with Tmac Ltd. A lovely advisor came around and explained the whole system so clearly. We decided to go ahead and our system was installed last week! Gives us great peace of mind. Lovely advisors and staff.

We were cold called by this company and offered a free alarm connecting to the emergency services.
After 2 hrs of high pressure sale (we are both 78) we decided not to proceed with the free alarm costing many thousands.
