I ordered a blanket on dec 30. It is now Jan 20 and have no idea where it’s at. I have emailed customer service 3 times with no response. The only for sure thing that came out of ordering on a website is my card got charged

This company sent me an inferior quality house flag. The day I received the flag I asked for instructions to return it. They asked for pictures of the problems. I sent the pictures. Never heard from them. I asked for a refund from them. I haven't heard from them. Their Support System is as bad as their product.

This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a simple Christmas door covering that I wanted for the holidays. This was the end of November. I have never heard a thing about shipping for a couple of weeks after contacting them. They then said it was going to be shipped. Still nothing. Luckily, I used AMEX to purchase and was able to cancel the payment. Now, in mid-January, they say it's on its way. In this day and age, you don't treat customers this way. Keep your China junk if you can't deliver. Don't buy from this poorly run company.

Poor quality, poor printer, poor customer service. If you would like to just give your money away and get garbage in the mail - buy from TMarc. To return, they require shipping back to China when shipped from US. Return cost is higher than original product price. Quality is worse than poor - stay away!!!

I ordered a leather Jeep tote and I’m disappointed in the quality of it.

ordered items 4 months ago for a new business never received merch spent over $100 never received refund and tmarc wont help with either a ripoff dont use them plenty of negative reviews read first if i had of i would not have used

I will continue to leave the negative reviews until they either refund me or ship my products $130, reported to bbb and heard nothing these people are scamming some me included paid them $130 for 2 rugs they didnt deliver or refund my $$$130.00

Ordered two t-shirts at $68 almost 3 weeks ago, haven’t heard one word from the company, so shipping info, nothing. Chatted with a supposedly
representative only to be told when the product is shipped, I will receive an email, still waiting…….

I noticed that there was a spelling mistake on the website for a t-shirt I wanted, so I wrote and told Tmarctee of the error. They were very responsive and grateful that I told them.
I then went on to order my 2 shirts and the turnaround time from ordering to delivery was very prompt and the spelling mistake was NOT on my product.
My tshirt were spot on for there sizing chart and description. A GREAT company to deal with.

I have already ordered something here several times. Never had any problems. Super service

This company is a ripoff. Ordered Dec. 6th/22 personalized hoodie which didn’t arrive until Jan13th. Was told it was in customs (not). Came from a Jane with an address in NJ. Also was sent first class package 13 oz or less meaning mailed in the US. No personalized name Cheap polyester not even thick $ General had better clothing. Paid almost $60. Complained but only supposedly was credited $12. Been emailing for address to return for full refund but am ignored. Too embarrassed to give as the Christmas present it was meant for!!!! I will tell everyone out there order nothing from this website. Order #TMT-50877-US

i waited over a month, still have not rec'd items. Customer service is a joke, barely write in english. seems like a scam to me, would NEVER recommend to anyone, extremely poor service. I already notified my credit card company of this scam. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SERVICE.

Tmarctee says my order was fulfilled but it was never delivered and when I asked for my items I get a lot of excuses and Promises but still have not delivered the product or give me a refund. Very disappointed it has been several months I ordered it on July 9th it is now October 31st.

Your shirt was shipped really quickly I was described as listed vibrant colors fit perfect I was complimented on it by a lot of people and they said they wanna order some of them to this website I love both my shirt I bought i’ll probably buy more

Extremely happy with my new doona cover. It is so colourful and bright. I love the silky feel of it and matches my Room so well. Purchasing and shipping all very easy and no fuss.

TMARCTEE stand behind its products and it is the way the product will be once order. My polo shirt is awesome I also received many compliments.

I have ordered several shirts and coats from Tmarctee.
the graphics and quality of the product exceeded my expectations. I ordered a particular shirt for myself and my wife was so impressed with it that she took it for herself now I have to order another... lol I will be purchasing more items from them in the near future...
The product is worth its weight in Gold in my humble opinion....
