It's the first time I've felt at ease buying a car. Johny was a star. I can honestly say, if anyone around me needs a car, I know exactly who I'd recommend. The help that is given is the best I've experienced. Keep it up because it's a rarety to have a car dealer who goes further than he needs to. We'll done 5*

This company go the extra mile. There customer and aftersales service is second to none. I'd seen the car and like the spec and look of it, so contacted them. Jonny rang me on a Sunday morning to arrange a test drive. I live 50+ miles away. He brought the Car to us the next day. We paid a relatively small deposit( about 4% of the cost of the car). Webought the cat and paid £2 per mile delivery( not much when your spending thousands on a car). Jonny made it so easy as he dealt with the road tax and log book online. A problem with online banking was solved by a trip to the bank. I would definitely recommend TDMMOTORS to anyone buying a car. Well worth a5 star review

These guys are the real deal. With TMD motors, from sales all the way through to aftercare, I highly rate them from my experience. We’re based up in Scotland and bought a car to be delivered without having seen it because we couldn’t travel down. The car delivery was quick, great communication and also follow up afterwards to make sure all is ok including great warranty. Called up to ask to see a car and someone got in touch immediately to arrange. Jonny was super friendly and really knowledgeable. He went through the history of the vehicle and showed us all the features. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, Jonny arranged for a full service, MOT and valet. Jonny was super flexible about where to pick up the car and offered to meet me in other parts of Newcastle. He went above and beyond helping me with information to sell my old car. Could not recommend this company enough

Enquired about a Nissan Juke on their website. Was contacted the following day and given all the information I needed. Paid the deposit and the car was delivered within 2 days. I contacted this TMD Motors after seeing a car I liked on Autotrader, Johnny is a credit to the company and was amazing from the start.  I was a single woman car hunting for the first time on my own so very nervous, but he went through the spec of the car with me and we arranged a viewing for the next day, viewing times were super flexible to fit around my schedule.  The car was immaculate and after a test drive, I made the purchase straight away, Johnny took me through the paperwork and I arranged collection for the following day.  After collection when driving the car home, there was a slight issue with the gears, I called Johnny who arranged to collect the car and have it taken to a garage to be looked at the same day.  It was a minor issue of air, which was released and the car was delivered back to me within a day and has been amazing ever since, I love the car but for peace of mind, you also get a warranty as part of the aftersale package.  This company was 5*, super friendly and professional throught and I would highly recommend.

I was skeptical at first, I think you always are these days but honestly the car and more importantly the service I received was outstanding from start to finish. I could just tell I was dealing with People who knew what they're were doing. Even got a follow up call couple weeks later to make sure all was OK, nice touch and definitely reccomemded.
