The people at Trademark express are the ones you want on your side when dealing with the deceptive world of trademark legalities. I openly admit to being one of the biggest morons they’ve probably ever dealt with, and they STILL somehow managed to professionally guide me through the process of completing my trademark for Chow Ass. Now, if they were able to get me through with that, just imagine what they can do for you lol. You will feel confident investing this much money in to a very scam-ridden landscape…Special shout out to Chris and his team who definitely had my back… With my only critique being that he speaks far too quietly on the phone 😂. Would highly recommend, especially for the price point, it’s the real deal 🤙

I discussed my concern with Chris DeMassa, whom I spoke with for about 45 minutes, and he told me that I really didn't need a TradeMark afterall.

Now THAT'S an honest company. I highly recommend them.

I was newly acquainted to the inner workings of the beast called bureaucracy in Canada, so I was even more inadequate when it came to US procedures when I looked into TMs. They had no problem explaining the basics of pretty much every facet of the process if I had questions, saving me a lot of research time, and ensured everything was clear before moving forward.

Haven't tried any other TM company that does legal research like this so I wouldn't know how to compare TMExpress to their competitors, but they haven't given me any reasons to look elsewhere, so I may very well never find out! Tried their 1000$ Urgent TM package, and it is excellent if you can afford it. Great team all-around

Yo if you want it done the right way, go with TM Express. Don’t worry about the fee. They will contact you every step of the way. This is my second time using their services. It gets easier & easier. I’m confident in their service. I love Tm express. You can trust their word. They do all the work for you, the uspto changed the way you enter your paperwork, the owner must file now, but Tm Express is there all the way. With a syllabus on how to file. I feel like a professional. I hate paperwork sometimes but I actually learned how to file my application, it’s amazing, I have four more business I’m using Tm express, because it’s no point to do it alone . Why risk mistakes, if you are serious about your business, I recommend using Tm Express. I’m so comfortable that I called my agents personal line “Chris” & he got right to it. Don’t hesitate your brand will thank you. I love you guys.

I was looking for a trademark service to help me register my mark and came across Trademark Express. After doing the research for my mark we found out that the name i was using was going to have issues and advised me to change the name. The package they offer is just amazing and allows you to search up to 3 names incase your mark is denied. They do an extensive research on each name you provide them to help give you a better understanding on the risks and likelihood of it being granted, They are the best bang for your buck for trademark services.
