Great team: very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Everyone is clearly committed to doing their best work and helping us out wherever possible.

TMM is a great partner. The solutions they offer are designed to solve business challenges, and if there is a data (integration) challenge they don't currently have a solve for, they are willing to design for it to find a way to help customers meet their business requirements and needs. Too many clients rely on TMM for one area of the business and do not realize the potential or possibilities that exist/services offered. The only improvement area would be better documentation, especially as it relates to process changes, tracking changes and QA procedures. Sometimes the ability to be so agile/timely comes as a cost for quality control.

TMMData has a great service with excellent support. The product is constantly improving and adding new features. It provides you with everything you need without much need for SQL coding, although it helps. Furthermore, if there is something that is not out of the box ready from TMM, their excellent staff will help you make it possible.

The customer service is exceptional (5 star) and the team has been amazing at what they do, however the user interface is terrible and is not intuitive (1 star). The toolset is valuable, but changes need to happen within the UI. It shouldn't be this difficult to use.

Excellent support! Their support team always responds so quickly. Great job by the development team too. They make so many changes when the customer needs it. The software has great capabilities that not lot of tools in the market has. It has features that makes the life of a data/business intelligence analyst easier. I absolutely recommend this product if you are in need of a tool has good ETL capabilities.

TMM has been a reliable software solution for our data management needs. From day one, the platform has met the expectations of our team's needs - but more impressively, the support staff has consistently gone above-and-beyond to help us manage our data assets. I would absolutely recommend them to other clients and would use them again in a heartbeat.
