I have recently used TMT Legal for the purchase of my new property in Horsham. Kevin was referred to me by my sister after a successful conveyance on her new house. Without doubt Kevin and his team are unlike any other solicitors I’ve used before, providing an exceptional client experience from start to finish. TMT kept me updated without having to chase them and the house sale went through within 6 weeks!!

Alan Knight at TMT was my conveyancer. Despite a tricky chain, Alan was consistently there as a professional, friendly and knowledgeable advisor, very efficient, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Callum was an outstanding solicitor throughout our moving process, we had a challenging chain and yet we always felt informed and that Callum was aligned and supportive at all times. His communication was clear and timely - never once did we have the issues where we were waiting weeks on end for a response like some solicitors are known for. So slow. Don’t respond always on holiday. Also very expensive compared with local alternatives. Honestly would avoid especially as first time buyer. Tlmy two grown up kids using them for conveyancing. Weeks without response. For a simple sale had taken six months with no explanation.

This was my first time selling a property and TMT made it an easy experience. They were professional but personal and were on hand to answer any questions I had. I would 100% recommend them.

Our recent house sale was a long drawn out affair but TMT, and especially Kayleigh Ryan acted very professionally and calmly , especially as we were becoming ever more frustrated at the various delays.
We have also used TMT for Probate and Will writing services and would not hesitate to recommend them

I cannot fault TMT especially Catherine Palmer with my recent home purchase . She kept me fully informed and the whole experience was stress free. She was extremely efficient and always replied to me the same day.

I have had a dreadful experience with TMT Legal services. The service I received was slow, inaccurate, and the advice received incorrect. The questions I raised in my initial enquiry were never answered and despite repeated attempts to get an answer i gave up and researched and found the answers myself. Completion day was a total nightmare with TMT being responsible for the delay in acknowledging and transferring funds through the chain. 6 month after my move i am still battling with the HMRC regarding a stamp duty inaccuracy following the documents being sent off in the wrong name! This company needs an audit at the very least! Do not use them!

Recently purchased our first property and through family recommendations chose to use TMT. We had some issues with estate agents and our seller’s solicitors but luckily Natasha and Angela never dropped the ball. These girls went above and beyond to ensure the transfer happened smoothly and without them I don’t think it would’ve happened at all. This process was very new and scary for us as first time buyers but they made sure we understood everything and answered every question thoroughly, replying to our emails very quick.
