I recently bought a car and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Anna explained everything clearly and made me feel confident in my choice. Talha kept me updated and handled the process with real care. Their excellent communication and genuine effort made the experience stress free. I would happily recommend them.

I came across this dealership through a recommendation and they did not disappoint. They have cars for all kinds of different budgets and paperwork is very well organised and transparent. Mr Hafiz Talha was very warm and welcoming and really made a special effort to meet our needs. Their service is exceptional and the staff are great too, very friendly, very patient and make you feel at ease. Look forward to coming back again in the future!

I honestly can’t recommend TM UK Cars enough. They’ve looked after my dad, myself, and my friend with rentals, and every single experience has been excellent.

The service is genuinely amazing — the team are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. You can tell straight away they actually care about their customers, rather than just trying to make money like a lot of places do.

The women in the office are lovely and really go out of their way day to day to make things easy. On top of that, the owner is very hands-on, always around, and speaks directly with customers. Any issues or requests we’ve had have been sorted quickly and properly, which makes a huge difference.

I’ve honestly never seen this level of customer service from a car rental or sales company before.

If you’re thinking of using them, do it. And just as importantly — treat them well, because they will 100% treat you well in return.

I recently purchased my Toyota Yaris Cross from TM UK Trading Ltd, and it was a fantastic experience. A special thanks to Hafiz M Talha Saeed, who made everything crystal clear and guided me through all the details. He gave great suggestions, was supportive, and even arranged a 1-year warranty. The car and service were excellent—highly recommended.

Made an appointment to view a car, no one was there when we arrived, we were told by the car wash people to "just wait, they'll come". When they arrived were taken on a tour of the premises whilst they tried to locate the car I had an appointment to view. When we found the car I asked several questions about the car, does it have service history, has the cam belt been changed etc. The answer to all questions was "I don't know, we bought the car at auction so don't know much about it, we'll look". The salesman then tried to call the director, who didn't answer.
It transpired that there was no paperwork confirming timings belt had been changed, so I asked for this to be done, as the car, a ford focus estate 2014 with 81000 miles on the clock, should have had a cambelt change at 10 years old, 2 years ago.
I was advised by the sales manager Sana that "the mechanics have checked it, it doesn't need doing, that's just something you read on Google. This was actually advised by my very experienced and more importantly, honest, mechanic.They then advised me the car had been sold.
Stay away from these guys, they have no clue or information, or even interest, in the cars they are selling, are rude and unhelpful, and have no doubt sold the car on to someone who didn't think to ask the right questions. Dodgy people.

I have never experienced such personal level of support in this Car industry with any car dealership - including main dealership - bought cars all my life for last 35 years .

Hafiz talha great true leader

Got a car for my mother before Christmas and they gave me a quality car at a fair deal. They made sure it was safe and properly checked out which definitely gave me peace of mind. Good stuff!

I sent an email enquiring about buying a new Suzuki Jimny and Sana Cheema promptly rang me inviting me to the dealership to have a chat and look at some cars. I was met by Ahmed a really nice guy, knowledgeable, very helpful and gave me a test drive. As the car was an import I had many questions to ask and Sana answered them all fully which was reassuring. I have always dealt with main dealers so I was a little out my comfort zone as TM certainly felt different in some ways but I need not have worried. Apple play was added and I requested additional underseal which they did for me. Car was beautifully presented when I collected it, Sana was very thorough with paperwork, registering the vehicle in my name and processing the road tax for me. Had a small connectivity issue with Apple Play the day after I collected the car and straight away Sana dealt with it and put a new upgraded system in free of charge. My experience was brilliant and I would have no hesitation recommending family and friends to TM UK. In my opinion they deserve to prosper. Every staff member I met including the MD, Sana, Ahmed and the mechanic were nice people to deal with.

Best customer service - they help me to finance my PCO Car for 60 months plan- even with my low credit profile . They treat me like a long knowing friend - their behaviour and customer service is top 5 star truly rated dealership-

Saw their reviews before going there but they really treat you like a family - Never had such personal experience in my life - The owner Mr hafiz talha is always trying his best to everyone - One downside was they are super busy - every time I visit the place so many customer but astonishingly all are happy & praising their customer service .

They help me activate my uber as well . Did Finance for me. Bless them . 5 star
