This is the worst courier company in the world,
I have send 13 parcel with this company, with the delivery option 3 working days.
After contacting them for at least 20 times, they told me that they don't know where they are,
Waiting for more than 20 days and still they don't know where my parcel are.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER !!!
If you're thinking of getting a delivery from these guys, think again. They try to deliver once. After that they take it too some random store they have a deal with which in my case was over 15 km away. It took me much of the morning to get there and back.
There's stupid website insists that you print out a document in order to pick it up. There was another option, but it simply didn't work.So you have to find a printer somewhere.
The card they leave doesn't tell you who it's addressed to, so you have to take a stab, if there are several occupants. We got the wrong person. I didn't have authorisation to pick up the parcel. Having the printed out document to make a difference because the guy didn't need to see it anyway. He was busy with other customers. All of this could have been avoided except that TNT try to save money by only arranging one delivery attempt. I will be avoiding giving them any more business.
