These are true electro-optics professionals and they only seem to high quality carry products they believe in. So while their selection in certain areas doesn't rival what larger retailers offer, you can be fairly certain that they are giving you a competitive price on products that won't disappoint. Their sales staff are always helpful and friendly.
Many of their higher-end products are backordered for months and you will have to pay for them in advance. While paying upfront for something with a long lead time is always concerning, I have never had a problem with them or even heard of them failing to deliver to a customer or make good on an order.
