Just underwhelmed by customer service. They do well in helping you out in finding things etc, but I have a pair of trousers that have torn at a pocket seam after 3 months of owning. They’ve said they’ll inspect them and maybe refund if they’re found to be at fault… not sure who else could have been at fault… are the pockets not meant to be used?
Additionally (and more to the point of my feeling underwhelmed) I’ve explained that I originally ordered two pairs in the same size, one black one brown, and that despite being the “same size” the brown fit beautifully and the black didn’t. Couple of cm difference in them. I asked if toast found themselves to be at fault after their investigations if I could have the trousers back, or if I could be helped finding a pair with the same fit. This was ignored, and I was told either I could return them or not. Sigh. The trousers are £145, not cheap. But beloved. Other companies just feel so much more generous in their customer care.
But still no comment in if I could have the faulty trousers back (if toast’s internal investigations find themselves to be at fault) so I could at least mend them and keep wearing.
Have had to resort to buying three pairs of the same piece on my credit card before returning the pocket ripped pair in the hopes that one of them is the same size, as toast are unable to do this themselves…? Just a weird onus to put on the customer.

I placed an order. I received an email stating my order had been processed and was on its way. When It arrived 3/4 of the order was missing. I was told this was Human Error and now the items were out of stock.
Offered a refund. Not the outcome I had hoped for

Great Clothing - Dreadful Shipping Service.
I’ve had a few issues over the last couple of years with Toast shipping. Even using next day, items arrive late.
This time, after spending £400 in the sale, I’ve now been waiting for 6 days for delivery, and the Royal Mail update is that the delivery is due to commence on Day 7. So - late for a birthday.
7 days - really Toast? And using the excuse ‘it’s a bit busy due to the sale’ - it’s simply not acceptable. 7 days to delivery, using Royal Mail 48hr in 2026 - how on earth did you manage this one?
Again - great clothes, but the warehouse SOP needs a rewrite.
* as an update to the reply from Toast. Notice of dispatch (48hr delivery), was received at 16.58, 25.03.26. Royal Mail did not receive the parcel until the morning of 26.03.26, and it’s still in South Wales. So - not 24hr as stated below, and most certainly would not have been delivered to me by 26.03.26.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Toast. I had ordered the wrong size of a skirt, and within 30 minutes realised and contacted Toast to change to a different size. Toast responded by stating they could not change the order. The order cannot have been processed in the time between me placing the order and emailing Toast. This is terrible customer service.

I've been a Toast customer for years. It's one of the very few brands I order from without thinking twice. I love the quality, the feel of everything, the attention to detail. The customer service experience doesn't always match the brand quality, but mostly was able to get help after a few days.
