Scalper pricing,try to refuse refunds on items when customers have 14 days to return anything bought online and sarcastic,rude customer service.
To the reply below you told me in the first email in response to me asking for a refund you don't refund because someone finds something cheaper,so we're refusing the refund,it was only when I threatened to put it on social media and stated the law that you responded offering a refund,you advertised on Facebook for 1 item at £39.99 a week later you charge 59.99 for 1? Of course I thought it was for 2 after seeing the 1st price,I wouldn't expect a £20 hike a week after release.

I am sorry you have had the need to leave the review. As you are very aware from the emails we have had with you, it was clear that you miss read the description of the listing thinking you got two items instead of one. The item clearly in its description says only one will be shipped and to put in the order notes the preferred colour of the item.
You did as for a refund and we were sorry that a little longer than 24hrs was too long for you to wait for our response. You mentioned that our response wasn’t to the tone you would have preferred however if anyone threatens to tarnish our name on social media or stating us not as hearing to specific areas of the law before waiting for our final response to the case, we don’t take kindly to that as you can imagine.
We are a small business and reputation is everything. We look at each case and make a decision once a conclusion has been made.
For everyone reading this review, the item was for Pokemon battle styles elite trainer box red or blue. Listing stated one of the two red or blue would be sent and to put in order notes the colour of the preferred box. We issued the buyer a full refund once they realised this was the case as they thought they were getting both colours instead..Once item was returned to us in its original condition we issued the refund the same day.
We provided a prepaid shipping label which was emailed to customer ASAP.
What I would recommend to every buyer and which we did recommend to this specific buyer is to ready any description of the item you are looking to buy.

Yes this did happen but it wasnt just for yourself. We were told by our supplier that the items you ordered were not available to be supplied any more after us having the item refunded. This didn't affect just yourself, it also affected us as a company, We really are sorry but it was completely out of our hands.

NOTE: For everyone's reference reading this, the items in question was the January release of Digimon Structure decks 1, 2 and 3 which were pushed back to the Feb 12th release and then ultimalty cancelled by supplier/distributor. This was completely out of Toasted Magic's hands but we are very sorry to any customer affected by this news.
