Do not buy!! They are bulky, they were falling off the wall because they were too heavy for the outlet, the heaters use more electric that it stated & they didn’t heat a room.
When asked for a refund they wanted to only give us 50% back-and keep the heater. I told them no, I wanted a full refund and I’d ship them back. I contacted them on 3 different occasions asking for a refund and shipping address to ship the heaters back… They NEVER contacted me back. Never gave me a return label, or anything just stopped emailing me back. Horrible customer service. I have 5 heaters, I can’t use and I’m out $$$. I would never buy again and never deal with this company again.

terrible, thing would not STAY IN OUTLET, and I have a brand new home so there i NO faulty outlets here. sent back, and NOW NO REPLY, LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT

I placed an order for five units, the next day received an email it had been shipped, order said 4 to 5 business days. After waiting two weeks I sent them an email stating I had never received my heaters, they sent me a generic response, saying that the mail was likely slow. It has now been a month and a half, and I’ve never received my order. Total scam.

The fan barely has output. Even on high (hh). Can I get another one or perhaps a refund?

This item is being sold as a miracle heater. They say $100 but then they give a scam 50% discount, so , $50. But they are all over the internet, and Amazon for $10 -$20. Same item. I found out they only cost $3 and are made in China,( not the USA) , bought in bulk by many companies, who slap their own name on it and sell it as their own product. The Young Group is sellng theirs, the original, LOL, as Toastyheater. There is also Alphaheater and a few more. They are a piece of garbage. Check them out all over Amazon. The same machine. Not made in the USA. China. But at least they are priced cheap on Amazon. The Young Group puts out fake ads, false advertising and outrageous prices. Especially pop up ads on utube, facebook and other social media sites. They prey on impulse buyers. I tried to cancel right after i placed my order when i found this out, but no phone number could be found. When i found one no one answered. When i emailed, no one responded. I read about people complaining, the same problems trying to get their money back. Even in the UK. They bought these products thinking they were made in the US then found out otherwise. I was lucky, i paid with PayPal and when i couldn't cancel my order, i called them and they did it for me. I am surprised that the Young Group worked with PayPal. I bet not for long. As soon as Paypal told me i was getting a refund, (my order had not been processed yet), i got an email from the Young group saying they were sorry for the delay and my order was on it's way. I promptly wrote back and said not to bother, it is cancelled via PayPal. Keep your product.
Do not buy this product untill you watch the utube show on how bad it is. If you still want it, purchase it from Amazon. At least it is cheap and you can return it easily. Good luck.
