Dye ran in first wash leaving purple…
Dye ran in first wash leaving purple blotches and a fox with no colour on its head. Emailed with a picture to get a replacement and the response was that it was an issue with the detergent I used with no attempt to resolve. Clearly not the case!

Lovely item but it took 3 weeks to arrive and therefore arrived after the birthday of the child it was intended for.

as a busy mom I have no time to chase and constantly check for the order updates. I expected better experience given the premium price. Average quality for the price - Will not buy from them again!

This item was ordered on 13th July and was delivered on 15th September, my email asking for a full refund as the item will no longer fit the intended hasn’t been replied to. In fact no notifications as to why the item took 8 weeks longer than the two quoted, appalling service and a very unhappy customer who doesn’t expect any reply to this review from such a shoddy company.
Avoid at all costs.

Miffy Blanket
I was very much looking forward to receiving the personalized Miffy blanket for my daughter that I ordered on 5/24. Due to the delay in processing the order, I was assured the address would be changed to my new one. However, this was not the case and I have still not received this order. While the customer service agent has been working on re-routing the order and they have been courteous, it took several attempts with email, online chat and instagram to receive any initial response. I have had to send several emails inquiring about updates. While I understand there are expected delays with shipping during this time, the response times to my inquiries and follow ups have been quite disappointing. At this time, I have requested a refund as I am not confident I will ever receive the product I ordered.
