Excellent customer care

Excellent customer care, reasonable prices and fast delivery.

Ordered organic gluten-free teff flour from their site. I called their office with a payment query and received a friendly, professional and very prompt (literally a couple of minutes) call back from them. They even called to explain that there was an unexplained error with my delivery tracker number, but that it wouldn’t impact the delivery date.

I received all the items next day, in well packaged box.
