Don’t sign up for subscription with…

Don’t sign up for subscription with Tokyo treats..as they will take money from your bank account without your authorisation after signing up for three month subscription,only. Today I checked my bank balance and I saw that Tokyo treats have charged me for another three months subscription without my authorisation to do so. And according to Tokyo treats the order cannot be cancelled or refunded as they’ve taken the money from my account. When I Only signed up for three months subscription and not 6 months subscription. But trying to communicate with Tokyo treats is like talking to a brick wall their Customer Service has to be the worst Customer Service ever.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour From…

Absolutely disgusting behaviour From Sam, staff are rude and submitted me to a barrage of verbal abuse on Facebook as i stated the shop shelves were mostly always empty

All I said was shelves were empty. I can prove all that was said. I've left excellent reviews in the past so unsure what they are saying here as all the proof is online. Got no time for bad retailers. Search B31 community page on FB. The proof is in the pudding ( just don't expect to be able to buy that pudding from Toby's)

It wasn’t disgusting behaviour and I also wasn’t rude. You trolled my business on Facebook, so I stuck up for me and the 6 staff who all work really hard to keep things going. You didn’t like my reply, so you then tried to continue trolling me, so I responded back to you, because I don’t have to take your nonense. You then tried to post in groups on Facebook bad things about us. Which I thank you for as it got us a lot of free advertising, likes on our page and it was flooded with nice comments. You didn’t like that did you because you turned the comments off, then people started messaging you privately and you removed your posts.
Yes, I agree sometimes our shelves are empty, I have 3 shops which are all very busy because we sell top branded items at discounted prices which as you know is very popular especially at the moment. It’s a tough job trying to keep them stacked up full. As I said it’s a shame you popped in on the wrong day.

I think it’s very sad, that because you didn’t like my reply to you on Facebook you’ve gone the extra mile to leave a bad review on trust pilot, which you’d only know about because your a previous customer on our website and we sent you a link to review us. Considering you had multiple orders, and brought branded stock at lower prices it’s a shame that when we asked you to review us you ignored it, but now I’ve upset you, you’ve managed to find the link to leave us a bad review.

We don’t need customers like you. we’d rather support customers that support us. That’s what we are all about at Toby’s. As you know via Facebook as your nasty post back fired on you.

For anyone reading my reply and is interested in the full story. Please email me sam@tobystreats.co.uk I’ve got all the screen shots from our page, with my responses, and the groups that Ms Cooper trolled us on.

Delivery problems

Ordered for a Tuesday delivery, waited until after the time slot, was going to email to see what had happened, then I got a phone call to say driver was sick and could they deliver the next day.
OK with me, and thanked them for keeping me informed.
Delivery arrived next day without a hitch.

Online orders

First time I got delivered items I only received half of my order. After contacting the shop I was refunded for most of the remaining items except one which was supposed to be delivered the next day. Whilst waiting for the delivery I received a message and notification on the tracking app even tho no one ever showed up at all. At this point I just didn't bother arguing for a refund or another delivery. Delivery is horrendous and it's just not worth the hassle. Much easier to go to the shop.
