I ordered the weird cat calendar fir a Xmas present They said order was confirmed Tracking all info from China I emailed They then said it had been delivered at 11.38 28 12 2023 No the postman delivered other items no calendar No response from emails SCAM COMPANY AVOID

I haven’t received my order. Believe I’ve been scammed. Shame as I really was looking forward to weird medieval cats calendar!. Never responded to emails either.

They stole my Etsy product and all of the listing pictures, and now trying k lure customers in using my pictures on Facebook and Instagram ads! Pretending that it’s their own! Definitely scam!

Never received the product I paid for and the Hermes tracking number they provided on the email is fake.

I never received the item I ordered, I have sent 3 emails and no one is responding. DO NOT buy anything from them as you will never receive it!!!

It cn improve by refunding me my 12.99 for un recieved items

I ordered 2 de-fluff hand held devices which came with instructions in CHINESE only, not in any other language. I have emailed them twice to ask for instructions in English but they are studiously ignoring me. I do not know what to do next. I would never buy from them again.

Thieves. Tocady + Evri((Hermes) = perfect storm of uncaring incompetent bullpoop. As I just tried to post this , apparently my language was too fruity and it was not allowed. So let's just say they're a bunch of onanists.

Item received was not what was ordered. I ordered a duvet and received a pair of man's gloves. There is no paperwork so cannot contact them. There is only a shipping company address which does not have any contact details for the seller. I cannot find any way of getting my money back. They appear to be based in China but there is no address or contact number.
This company is an out and out scam. Beware!

I ordered on the 30 November I have emailed them a few times had only one reply they don't seem care about their customers they happy to take your money I have asked for my money back I will be taking this matter further I am thinking of taking legal action over this

My order is being held by the courier hermes with no explanation, emailed tocady 3 times about this and they refuse to answe my emails, avoid this seller like the plague

I ordered online. Then found out products are shipped from China. Ordered anti-rub underwear and ordered slightly larger than I needed (I lost a lot of weight recently and could put it back on). The underwear fit on the thighs but had no chance of fitting around the waist. Useless!
