On April 4
On April 4, 2023 I received a letter stating that my acct was closed. It's true, I had been layed of from my job since Christmas due to the weather, I drive a truck for an engineering company. Just got back to work 2 weeks ago, haven't used that card in months and have always made my payments on time. They said because I didn't file for hardship in a timely manor, my acct was closed and I won't get it back, even if it's paid off. I find it funny that they had my banking information and had taken my monthly payments before, but didn't this time. No phone calls, messages or emails either. I'm not very happy

Horrible horrible experience. Activated new card. Tip out didn't transfer. Was told 24hrz to fix. On day four of waiting was told that isn't the case, three business days, those days didn't count cuz weekends (apparently Fridays not a business day) and am now going to be going an entire week without money because they refuse to actually do their jobs. Highly suggest utilizing another company. This one will sooner rob you than help you.

Bad customer service
I was unable to access my account since I changed my number. I was unable to see the verification codes due to my number change. I emailed them about this and they told me they changed my login method to email. But every time I use my email to login it states that my email does not exist. And when I tried the forgot email area it still did not work. I’ve sent plenty emails after that and I haven’t gotten a reply for while now. It’s been over a week and I can’t even look at my account or know how much I’ve money I have. I also can’t see my pin so I can’t even use my card.

I was trying to use my cc on Valentines day and I understand and I'm grateful cc look after their customers for potential fraud so my transaction was denied . I replied back to confirm the transaction was legit, I was not able to connect to enternet my attempts keep going invalid so I called and was on hold for 35 minutes for a representative to answer then on hold for another 5 minutes. I think Today Card should Better answering services, unfortunately I had to use a different card I didn't want to use. I was so frustrated.

I received a today card from my employer to collect my tip money from the restaurant I work at. I have been charged $2.50 every time I withdrawn my own hard earned money. The today card app customer service rep sent me a list of ATM locations that I would not be charged for withdrawing my own money. I went to three different locations on their list and the arms either don't exist or are out of order. This feels like a scam. I emailed them and they emailed back with the same fake list of atm locations and have not been reimbursed for my money lost, gas I wasted driving around along with time wasted and stress and inconvience of this. They said the list of atms gets updated but it's been almost 6 months and no update yet so there's another lie. No real human being has called me to discuss this and resolve the issue. This today card app should not be trusted or even exist. Feels to me if this goes on any longer there is a lawsuit here that needs to be executed. Emailing customers does not work. Speaking to the customer on the phone with proper solution of reimbursement or updated atms would be the best and only way to handle this. You can reach out to me anytime but to only speak to me over the phone as these automated emails are insulting and frankly should be illegal unless the replied email has a simple and clear solution and reimbursement of funds included
