Scam. I ordered and paid. But it never arrived. When you send an email you never get an answer. Big scammers

Ordered roses and add on gifts to be delivered in Hua Hin, Thailand. They were delivered the next day as promised and inline with the order. After placing the initial order I received no email confirmation, so I suspected this was a scam and cancelled my credit card, especially after subsequently reviewing the feedback from other customers. However, they did in fact deliver. Notwithstanding, I would suggest to the owner to improve communication with your customers. Other than this, I was happy with the service.

Today Flowers guaranteed to deliver flowers for my uncle's 70th birthday. Today Flowers' non-delivery of absolutely nothing cost me 125 euros. No money has been refunded.

If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. Have ordered from this company several times and have had no problems. This last time was a nightmare and I swear I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. Flowers were delivered 2 days late and when I tried to cancel the order they said don't worry, they will be delivered. They weren't delivered so I ordered from a different company. Then these XXXX's delivered. They refuse to return my money and threaten to contact my fiancé for funds if PayPal reimbursed me. 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE but nice flowers. Spend your money somewhere else where they care about loyal customers

My aunt ordered flowers for me through this website as a surprise and they were never delivered. She contacted me because she was confused as to why I had not thanked her. I emailed them and they claimed that the flowers were delivered - but did not want to give me proof of delivery, despite claiming that "they have a picture of the lady who received them". After asking for this picture, they stopped responding to my emails. Do not buy anything from here as it is a total scam!!

Ordered a flower basket to my wife in Thailand. Everything went very well - a 5-star service . Happy wife, happy life. Only the fillers shown in the image look a bit different to what she received, but I guess it's about seasonality and local suppliers which is not a big deal. I'll try using them again for a different country.

I ordered a bouquet on sunday evening (germany) and it was delivered to the philippines on monday afternoon.
My friend was very happy and thought the lilies and roses were beautiful. The colors were different than indicated, but they fit perfectly.

Everything like in a book. I ordered flowers with a gift with delivery in the Philippines. The flowers were on the second day, nice and the gift "teddy" not be small 😊. I was scared when I read the reviews about this company but I am pleasantly surprised. Perhaps it depends on the suppliers in your country. For me everything for A+😊

Hello, this company is a big poo they didn't deliver flowers, they don't reply to the email, and I sent five messages, they have people for debili, ordinary thieves, stay away from them, best regards

I ordered flowers on Sunday at 23.30 from UK to Finland. A beautiful bunch was delivered at 11.00 on Monday morning, so it was really quickly. I would recommend this service.

Ordered from Belgium beautiful flowers to be delivered in the USA. They were deliverd as I wanted. Seeing all this bad reviews I clutched my pearls lol and already wanted to contact paypal but no, I have had no problems whatsoever. I would recommend this site for sure. They are no scam at all.

Terrible!
They didn't deliver on the day I asked. So I mailed.
After a few mails, I received an answer: sorry, I was late and I forgot.
I pushed a mail several times. And suddenly they delivered. That was three days after the original date, so the surprise was totally gone.
And the colour of the flowers were wrong!

Avoid Todayflowers.com It cost me more than 50€ for nothing ! The service they pretend to provid just doesn't exist. They are thieves and crooks. They doesn't answer to y mails.

Complete scam.. my poor parents were ripped off for flower basket to be delivered for my birthday to me in Hamburg.. i received an orchid instead. Sent multiple emails to raise a complaint, no answer to this day, its been almost a month now...DONT BUY

I ordered flowers on thursday from Belgium. They where delivered in Vladivostok (12000km further) on saturday. The bouqet was very fresh and well made by a professional florist.

They are really cheaters!
Don't buy the flowers!
