Charged for an app I never used!
I have never used the 'todayistheday' app as it is fairly difficult to negotiate and it looked very simplistic - i.e. anyone could dream it up ! So I asked for a refund - having been charged twice £23.51 on 6 April and 24 July and the company sent me an email to say I have not used the app yet! So I requested a refund of the latest charge but they just told me I had 11 days to try it! Basically it appears to be something of a scam so beware of trying it! I have again requested a refund so let's hope I have more success this time!

Feeling stuck it’s not a bad thing, it is a normal thing
Feeling stuck always felt like one big knot. One insurmountable Mountain. But it’s not. Just like big words are made up of smaller ones, being stuck is just a bunch of small bite-size things that I can predict, and therefore change. That is a deeply happy thing to know.

The 5 segments each day give a helpful big picture of the context of each day and the progressive steps in the lesson section help build awareness of excuses I give myself why not to do something!
I hope the integrity of this App in addressing Procrastination is matched by honouring my choice to do this for one month.
I would like clear instructions how to do that please.
Do I need to alert you 10 days before the end of my month that I will not be extending?
