buy the cheaper alterntive
Received the product and not CE marked as they described. Material looks and feels exact same as a much cheaper alternative bought on Amazon. I’ve been trying to get the guaranteed refund as I’m not happy but no one responds to the emails or web form. Going through my bank to get it refunded.

I didn’t think the quality was great
I didn’t think the quality was great. The velcro wasn’t strong enough and the fact that I had to apply it to the page wasn’t expected. The nots on one of the pages were loose and I was afraid my granddaughter would swallow them if they came off.

It’s a scam. The product is faulty, half the words are spelled wrong. Then they refuse to accept a return. It’s just a cheap product, re-branded and sold for an unwarranted price.

Poor quality and no refund option
The product was extremely poor quality compared to the price I paid for it - like something I'd expect from a $2 shop. I have so far emailed them 3 times to request a refund, within their 30-day "refund policy" time frame, and have not had a response from them. I feel scammed.
Edit: I have since reached out several more times via other means, and asked for an alternative method since my emails "aren't getting through" - and still no outcome.
