I have used most of toddles products now and have had not one problem. Excellent quality products! The sun spray is simply amazing & highly recommend the soap bar and shampoo bar! Quick delivery and a great customer service team if you have any questions.

Wow. I ordered a sun spray and refillable pouch alongside your hand sanitiser and can I just say how INCREDIBLY cute the packaging is. So kid friendly without being babyish. Having tried the products this week, I’ve found the sun spray hasn’t stained any of our clothes (a big win in this family) and i don’t feel like I’m wasting product, one pump has evenly coated my sons arms, legs and back of his neck. In regards to the hand sanitiser, I didn’t think it was possible to have a 0% alcohol one, really chuffed, I feel confident letting my son touch things that normally I wouldn’t if I wasn’t able to wash his hands straight after. Will definitely be ordering more of your products! Thanks for keeping my son safe whilst he’s out exploring!

My order came super quickly and love everything that arrived! I would recommend and will definitely purchase again.

Bought Toddle Born Wild, sun and wind balm, hoping for a gentle, natural product with plenty of sun protection. However, within minutes of application my 6 year old had a huge allergic reaction where we had applied the cream! Bright red skin over his face, neck and chest with swelling to eyes and lips. We had to wash off and seek urgent medical help - required multiple doses of antihistamine under observation. I can’t work out what the allergy was to but we’ll be staying far away from it now.

Really, really wanted to love this product - but it was awful. Bought the Toddle Sun and Wind Balm 50+, used it for the first time today and my 2 year old immediately had an allergic reaction (only on the places we’d applied the cream). I only held him and my throat immediately started itching (still is some time later) and the smell of the product was horrific. Neither of us have ever had a reaction to food or product before. We immediately sponged him down and he’s had a long soak in the bath (some hours later) and I can still smell it and his skin is still agitated. Will never shop from this store again, there’s far better and safer organic products on the market.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still yet to receive it or any information about where it is. No response from customer services. Unless this is resolved asap there is no chance I'll order from here again.

Great products and customer service, was informed about delay after ordering and was given a choice of getting all together or whenever possible, that i was happy about. Happy with entire purchase, but especially with bite relief spray, my boy got a red bite spot after playing in the park and he tried to scratch it, but after spray he did not seemed bothered and in the morning it was almost invisible. Thank you. 😀

Yet to receive my full order that was placed almost 2 months ago.
I have spoken to customer services several times but getting nowhere.
Requested a full refund but keep assuring me the items will arrive soon with no evidence of this.
Next step will have to be trading standards as I’m sure this is an unreasonable length of time to wait after taking money to receive items and that stock should not be sold if they do not have it available to satisfy orders.
Also ordered the poster and had to complain about this as it arrived separately and is such poor quality the tiles do not scratch off. They have replaced with a smaller version of the one I ordered but with the same issues.
I’m a very fair and patient person but when you buy something as a birthday gift and had to wait 2 months for it to arrive (still hasn’t all arrived I’ve received two separate packages so far and still have 3 items outstanding) it’s just not good enough. Can see I’m not the only one who is deeply frustrated

I orderd a few things off the website and have waited 2 months for some of my order that I still haven’t received yet I keep been told it has been sent and should be with me shortly .. still nothing

They are a great company with amazing values. I love their products, not just for children but anyone can use them!

The toddle hand sanitizer is amazing! I bought some for my little one but also my dad who has really bad skin on his hands always broken and open wounds due to skin problems. He had given up on hand gel which frightened me as he is always meeting the public for his job. But thanks to your product he can comfortably use hand sanitizer again. Thank you so much. I have gone on to purchase for my mother-in-law who has a skin condition, also my niece and nephew as the school’s sanitizer is so harsh on their young skin.

Also their customer service is amazing. They had a massive influx of orders after the Dragons Den pitch, this is where I discovered them. Obviously thir orders boomed, they kept me up to date, apologised and even sent extra products in my order as a thank you for my patience. Brilliant product and company!

We’ve been using toddle products since pretty much the start of this business journey! I stumbled across their alcohol free hand gel at the start of the pandemic due to sore hands from lots of washing!
Since then we’ve gathers almost all their products over the years… love the snoods for keeping my littlest dudes long locks at bay, during and post lockdowns.
The spray hand sanitizer is defo our fave, and it clipped to our changing/gear bag freely accessible to everyone whenever they want!
The suncream smells amazing, even I use it!
We LOVE everything about Toddle and willl continue to support this fab uk company for many years to come!

These are so good for my son's skin! I did have to wait a little while after I ordered the adventure balm from Dragons' Den but now it's here his cheeks already look so much better!

Everything about Toddle I love! I will be buying lots more products in the future.

Shocking customer service. Ordered products at the beginning of March was emailed stating they weren't in stock so I requested a refund and still have not received at now the end of April. Emailed numerous times and still no response.

Saw the product on Dragons Den and thought I would give some of the products a try for my Granddaughter. They have not disappointed at all, they are of very high quality and perform extremely well.
