Customer service = 0!

So I ordered two toe rings, but got only one. I contacted them on several occasions, suggesting several solutions (refund, or return and refund and new order etc) but I never even got a reply (yes, I always check my junk folder). I thought that maybe my e-mail went straight to their spam folder, so I wrote them from another e-mail address (this one always works), but never got an answer either, yet in the meantime they asked for my review! So I gave them my opinion and guess what? They didn’t publish it on their website… Not a big surprise, I didn’t expect anything else from these kind of people.
I am really mad, as I paid for two toe rings and $19 for the shipping (living in Switzerland and sending a padded envelope with a tiny toe ring in it never costs that much!) but only got one AND not a single reply from their customer service, yet the e-mail address is “support@…”. Support. Yeah, that’s a funny one.
Anyway, thanks for nothing and I highly recommend you don’t order from them! They’re also on Etsy (shop is called “ToeRingsandThings”), so watch out for that too!
